Life saver. I have tried for years with my health to feel better, With no positive outlook. So worth it! I am very ticklish so I was a bit nervous, but they taught me how to really breathe and relax and soon I was melting into the massage table! My shoulders are usually to my ears so this massage session help with that tremendously!
