Placed an online curbside pickup order before 9 am on Saturday 7/30/21 and finally just went and picked it up myself on Sunday morning. They advertise a 2 hour wait time and I understand if they are busy but when I went on Sunday it wasn’t busy at all. Good concept but a fail when they don’t communicate and just don’t fill orders.

I’ve been trying to contact this store about a defective installation all day but the phone just rings and rings with no answer. But what’s disgraceful is that there is a “customer service” number listed, which when called, redirects the caller to numerous ads trying to sell things such as medical devices and roadside vehicle assistance. I clicked the # sign in attempt to bypass these sales tactics and was immediately disconnected. I’ve never seen anything like it. So I suppose I have to actually go in to the store to get some help. Wow.

Hello I just wanted to tell you my disappointment in Home Depot. I have been a faithful customer of Home Depot for many years. So when the time came that I could recomend them I did. I told my girlfriend's parents who were looking at a split hearing unit from you guys, and the sub contractor who did the installation and handled the sale Messed up the installation crossed wires in the unit installed the condenser unit upside down. And he tried calling and you guys said you will not send anyone out anymore. Not to mention it's still under warranty because it's less then a month old. So I will be sharing this on every social media platform I have and having my friends share this also.

I purchased a dishwasher on Saturday evening and not a cheap one. My purchase was $890. I have a electrical junction box that is supposed to be shipped with the unit but is missing. I called the store today at least 5 times. I spoke with Trina in Customer Service and she was very helpful as was others in the CS department. Not so of those in appliances. Promised a call back twice. NEVER happened. Can’t believe a Store Manager doesn’t like near a 1k $ sale. I didn’t have to go to HD for this. I did because it was convenient. Sorry now. I am fortunate that I have the time, muscle, and vehicle needed to return my dishwasher!!!

Home Depot sucks! I ordered shower doors, and waited three week for delivery. On the last day of delivery window I called to see when I get them, and was told they don't know. I cancelled and ordered from Lowe's for $100 less! Home Depot doesn't let you cancel another 45 minutes after you place it! I had to wait for the delivery window toclosetoget my money back! Never again!

So, it's bad enough that their first available date to deliver a fridge is a week away but I took the first date and then made the necessary arrangements to accommodate it. I'm told i will get a phone call on Wednesday because Thursday is thanksgiving, with a four hour time window for delivery. I ended up calling, and having a hard time, on Thursday to find out the time window because I never received a call. Because i had to leave for work at 2:30 I have my dad come down to

I'm a home depot employee in Delaware, & just got a check & cash from the Homer fund ( a fund to help employees in need) to help fix my truck... Just lost everything I had do to a relationship break up, & started working at home depot,... Great place to work, & with great people. Thank you Home Depot

Ordered a fridge for installation and delivery company wouldn't due to an "obstruction in their path." Delivery company said they won't remove property for liability purposes and now we have to reschedule for another date and they're not sure how long it would take to come back out. I notified the HD store and the Appliances' Department told me to ask the delivery company for a little reimbursement. I'm sorry, but a little reimbursement is not going to make up for a lot of inconvenience being caused at the moment. Woman I spoke with said she was going to contact the delivery company to follow up and I have yet to hear anything from them.

I stopped in today and was not sure exactly what I needed or even where to find it. I met Chris in the cleaning supplies area and he not only found what I needed, he even read those small directions for me. Then, Anita met me at checkout and she was so pleasant. Many people do not realize that the person on the register is really the face of the store, because that is the last face we see as we leave. This was such a wonderful shopping experience, and these two employees are to be commended, and, hopefully, recognized in some way. I will definitely return for the rest of my project supplies.
