Thank you, Natasha! We called searching for Behr paint, and although, this store did not have what we needed she exhibited patience and determination whilst attempting to locate the product. I appreciated her effort and her attitude made the ordeal a bit more tolerable.

I used to go to the big blue place but this home depot has become my new home for everything home improvement. And it's largely because of the kind folk who always steer me in the right direction and have product recommendations. Ashley at the service desk is a complete gem, she's kind, helpful and friendly. Bob is also friendly whenever I come in. Thank yall so much!

I bought a refridgerator from this store November 2022 and after a year and 2months the compressor went out...leaving me to lose all the contents. I went back to this store March 15 2024 and expressed my dissatifaction about all the money I spent ..plus the 160.00 for repair man to tell me the fridgerator was done..they could care less..the manager wanted to know what she was suppose to do about it..so I gave them a chance to fix the problem by buying another refridgerator...but was told everything on the floor was not in stock and it would take 6 days to get one..so basically I realized I got totally screwed ..these people have no remorse and do nothing to help..plus ...STAY AWAY FROM FRIDGITAIR .. JUNK. ...ALL IN ALL IT COST ME. 840.00 FOR THE FRIDGE..AND 160 FOR REPAIRMAN TO COME OVER AND FIVE MINUTES LATER TELLING ME THE COMPRESSOR WAS SHOT...TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Had to rent a material lift at this location and what a pleasure it was to deal with Kevin and Chan. I called and was able to put the lift on hold with my credit card and pick it up the next day. Kevin was professional over the phone and the next day in person both he and Chan helped me to get it in the car, tape and secure it. I tried to tip them and they refused saying it was their pleasure. Top notch service the lift was necessary to remove and replace my parents laundry room in an old historic home in Néw castle. I would use this location anytime!

I had the opportunity to have the assistant manager Pam. Find an amicable solution to my concerns. Which made me feel heard and valued as a customer. I also met Sarah who took time to listen and help me and give me information I did not know. Home Depot could make happen. If you find a carpet you like, you can have a rug made out of the design. Plus Barbara was extremely helpful to this old lady. By showing concern when I became overwhelmed and had to sit for a while. Every employee there spoke and offered me assistance. When most store employees ignore you and devalue your patronage. It was truly a 5 star experience. Thanks Home Depot❤️✌️
