My husband and I went to the big box store that begins with L. We were at the customer service desk trying to get information about military discounts. The clerk was not helpful and rude. We decided to take our business to Home depot We should have come here first. We went to the customer service desk at Home depot and Ana not only gave my husband information about military discounts but helped this veteran set up an account. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. Ana was professional, courteous, and
provided excellent customer service. We will continue to shop at Home depot not only for products but for employees like Ana.

There is probably over 50 employees in the store, all walking around with their heads down avoiding customers and eye contact. Not once has anyone ever asked can I help you find anything in the past and didnt disappoint me today. Must be an amazing store to work at unless you get stuck on the cashier for the day and have to move your arms.
