Cant believe what happen at the Christian Home Depot. Me and my girl went there to get a cap for one of my saws. While waiting 45 mins. Was seeing what display cap fit what saw. Found out none of them fit. Once a employee showed up and looked up if they had any what they didnt. Me and my girl went to leave. Was stopped by lost prevention and asked to come to the back. I am very disappointed in Home Depot they did not deliver the deck frame wood that I paid for. The Newark store manager said it was a online order and not his problem, the 1 800 number says it’s the stores problem. No one called and I took off work for the delivery. Now Glasgow will or not deliver on Saturday after spending 2hours on the phone,that’s all I am told. Ugh!!!!! I am behind schedule and if Glasgow doesn’t come thru I will go to Lowe’s.

I purchased over three thousand dollars worth of appliances, one month and a week they have not been delivered. First they weren't available at the first appointed date, maybe two days.. (Their words the day before expected delivery). Didn't come, no call. I called 3 days later. (Mon)...now it's Wed., No Wed, now it's Fri. Now it's in fourteen days. First they said I was not not home when they tried to deliver. (Every time??????) The contractor was there every day. Then said the refrigerator was on backorder. That was after the last call. I could have ordered a different refrigerator. I love being without appliances, after I had two children here for a week three weeks after they were supposed to be delivered

I felt harassed though my entire shopping experience. The associates followed myself and my husband around through the entire store. I will no longer be shopping at this location. A similar incident happened to my aunt while shopping with her son.

I placed an online order for a hedge trimmer. It was listed as one item in stock. I did get a call from the store informing me that they could not find the item, but more were due in within the next day. I also received both text and email messages to pick up the item. On visiting the store, I was told it was still "on the truck". Emails and texts have continued. So far, I made 3 visits to the store, only to be told the item is supposed to arrive next week. I do not appreciate a run around- I canceled my order. This is the second problem I have had with this store. Also had a 3rd problem when trying to buy a freezer and having it delivered. Personally, I have had better service and accommodation with Lowe's in Bear. They did deliver that freezer at no charge.

I was surprised by my visit today. When I entered the store, there were employees standing near their posts with smiles and were freely interacting with other customers. I thought this seemed different. I needed to make a copy of a key for my newest listing and when I walked up to the key display, within a minute a young man approached and asked if he could assist me. He seemed genuinely happy. This place is the worst. I signed my daughter up for the workshop between 9-12 showed up and the rude lady told me their isn't anymore kits to hand out. That it's first come first serve. I asked whats the use of signing up if anyone could just show up and do it. She continued to be rude to me just repeating herself over and over. Please hire people that have some basic customer service skills. I'll be taking my daughter and my business across town from now on and will no longer shop in this horrible location.

Ordered a washer/dryer 3 weeks ago to be delivered tomorrow. Check website day prior to find out delivery time.....not being delivered until 6 May due to item being on back order!!! No call, no assistance that would actually work, just excuses!!! Order cancelled, and never again will i shop at a home depot....period!!

The last time i was there at the pro shop the line was so long but the staff was just standing around talking to each other instead of opening new register to help out with the line. Not professional at all
