They made an error on my taxes two consecutive years causing me to owe additional money well after the fact. Scheduled an appointment over the phone, realized as I arrived they scheduled it for a different location (partially my fault for not looking at the confirmation text but they definitely stated the wrong location over the phone). Called the office and spoke with an agent multiple times (don’t want to include her name publicly), but on two instances I was supposed to receive a call back to discuss the situation and in both instances they never called me back. Even scheduled a call for noon last Wednesday and they never called me, I had to call in myself that day and leave a message asking why I hadn’t received my scheduled call, only THEN did they finally call me back… wasted my whole lunch break waiting on them. All this just to find out they won’t honor their guarantee about paying fines accrued, even though it was their fault (I didn’t purchase some protection plan or something). Overall just ridiculous for the amount of money they charge to do your taxes and they won’t even pay a $200 fine that was caused by their own mistake. Only reason not 1 star is because everyone I spoke to was at least pleasant and nice to talk to.

I don't even want to give a single star for this place. Ridiculously judgmental, biased, and rude. It was the first time trying this place but i will never ever use H&R block. And don't ever get the service from Prem. He is RUDE.

Front desk is very rude. I got a text that appointment is confirmed but when I stopped by on time, she said appointment is cancelled. She doesn’t even bother explaining the reason. Never going to this location again.
