Charge me for a simple tax return of 159. Don't bother using them. Online it shows they start at 55. I asked for a coupon and both ladies in office where no help. Told the one lady to cancel my service for next year. I will not be returning. I called Headquarters and lvm. Waiting for a call back. Save your money and go somehlwhere else.

Tax prep was a quick and easy experience. The tax preparer was pleasant and knowledgable, she explained everything that she did and made it easy for us to understand. She took the stress out of a dreaded task.

Laura (located in the Peoples Plaza facility) has completed my tax returns for the last few years. She is very professional and friendly and I feel comfortable with her preparing my taxes. I would highly recommend her.

I wasn't even there an hour, my return was extremely simple and I was charged $190. $ 90-100 would have been a more appropriate charge. So I may compare prices with other companies next year. The quality of service was very good but not happy about the price.

I came in to get my taxes done but was forced into a drop off situation. 3 days later after the time had passed for completion I had not returned anything so I called. I was told to come in to sign the paperwork so that the tax professional could turn in my tax return to the IRS. 4 hours later at home I was told that piece of paperwork that I had given them was missing and the IRS had rejected my tax return. The missing information was my Identity theft protection pin. I believe that I have given the tax preparer the only copy of the number. She denied it ever receiving it. I can't find it anywhere. Now I have a dilemma. I can save $233 and just plug and chug on a free site since I have the done tax return in my possession. The demeanor at the store was one of great chaos and disarray. It seemed to me that they were overworked and flabbergasted unorganized. I lost my paper work, blame it on me, and we're unprofessional. What would you do once you found the identity protection pin?

Jorge Quinones is always very thorough in his preparation. He explains everything in great detail. He is the reason we return every year.
