I bought these earrings for fresh piercings that I had done a week prior so I had something to wear after they had healed a little more. I had little knowledge of earrings at the time and admittedly should've done my research before going, so I asked the worker there if they had anything for 1 WEEK old piercings and she pointed me to the gold plated section for stackables. I then picked out the earrings trusting her judgement because she sounded very sure of what she was saying. I then bought them and headed home, and did a little research on my own as I was still pretty skeptical to put anything in my ears. Turns out gold plated earrings are NOT that safe for freshly pierced ears and are not as durable as she claimed. Keep in mind that the worker I had spoken to said absolutely nothing about pierced jewelry being final sale, like at all. I probably should've asked, however while waiting in line to return them I heard a different worker mention to a customer that pierced jewelry is in fact unreturnable (so its part of their job to tell you). So I go and try to return them anyways, just to make sure, and she tells me the same (I obviously don't blame her for enforcing that policy as I know its just her job). But now I'm stuck with 30$ unreturnable and unwearable earrings because I was misinformed by one of the store employees. Its a cute store and the selection is nice, but I definitely wouldn't trust them as an expert source of information, and I would definitely ask if stuff is returnable beforehand.

This was a GREAT experience. Lily was the most lovely, helpful and beautiful everrrrr! She guided us through all the process being so professional that made us feel like we were in the right place to get pierced🫶🏻 I gotta say, after visiting Icing for the first time, we visited some other places around to compare prices and see where we felt more comfortable at. And we went back to the store just because Lily looked soooo pro and so friendly ❤️

I got my ears pierced by Lily and she was very knowledgeable and thorough in making sure I liked the placement as well as demonstrating how to clean my piercing.

My friend got her ears pierced here and the employees were absolutely amazing. Very careful and gentle with the piercing. They gave us so much information. They were so fun to talk too. Lily did amazing on her ears!

Super nice, super helpful! Gabby, Lily, and Tiana were the employees assisting me and my sister (she was getting two pairs of piercings) and they were some of the nicest workers we’ve ever met!! They were sociable and extremely friendly, it almost felt like I was talking to genuine friends ❤️ The prices alone were really reasonable, would come again

Liz and Tianna were amazing, they helped me so much with my purchase! I couldn’t ask for better customer service and advice on jewlery for my girlfriend. I felt like I was treated as priority by the both of them. A+++ rating 10/10 5 STARS

Store is incredibly crowded, there's not much space to move around the merchandise. The staff have a tendency to be rude. I have also later found out that they lie through omission about their cheapest services of piercing. Many of their items are overpriced and gaudy and I find their sales tactics to be predatory. I have also found out that workers are forced to pierce ears with little practice soon after being hired. Who knows, your ear just might be their first.

The staff really takes the time with you to make sure your piercing is perfect! I bought their real diamonds to get pierced with! And I love them so much.

The customer service was superb! The girl who pierced my sisters ears was very knowledgeable and so sweet. We were able to get serviced right away no appointment necessary!
