Dr. Flanagan gave me the best experience during a horrible situation. Saying goodbye to your pet is always terrible but being able to do it at home in a peaceful setting makes it a little bit easier. Dr. Flanagan and his wife were perfect and I cannot thank them enough.

I can’t say enough about Dr.Robert Flanagan and Dr.Karli Flanagan they are absolutely amazing. I had to make the hardest decision of my life helping my 15 year old pug cross the rainbow bridge. They were very professional and understanding.Walked us through the entire process. They answered any questions we had and never once tried to rush us. I am so pleased with this service. They made one of the hardest days of my life a little easier with their understand and compassion. Can’t thank them enough !!

Hardest call I ever had to make was to this guy. My cane corso who lived a long beautiful life of 12 years was put down today. They made this process absolutely as easy as it could be. You can tell they are genuine and honestly care for what they do. I’m forever grateful to these 2. She went extremely peaceful in the comfort of her own home as she deserved to. Thank you dr Flanagan from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Dr’s Flanagan were absolutely amazing when we had to euthanize our fur baby Lily ! Lily was a huge part of our family while my 4 kids were growing up! Dr. Karli and Dr. Bob were so gentle and kind and prepared us every step of the way in our home! Also they accommodate us so my grown children could be there to say goodbye as Lily crossed the rainbow bridge! Thank you both for being there during a very difficult time and showing such love and compassion for all of us especially Lily !

My heartfelt thanks to the Drs. Flanagan for their compassionate work helping our boy end his suffering. They are such gentle people and made this experience anything but clinical. It was a if friends came to visit and simply said, "hey, let me help you with that."

After the Disrespectful, Unprofessional and Uncaring reactions this traveling veterinary "CLINIC", YES that is what they have actually shown themselves to be. I wouldn't even use them nor recommend them to anyone who knows owning a pet is another family member! It seems they aren't concerned at all about their patients except the mighty dollar! They claim they are a Hospice service???? Available 24/7, That is a slap in the face! When at the afternoon on a weekday you are annoyed that a long time client asked to speak to you before they go to an ER and you take that offensive and speak to them like they are a child and ridicule them and tell them "you are not a client of ours anymore!" The best is the client states it is 3pm in the afternoon and it's not like I am calling at the middle of the night... You have NO COMPASSION FOR THE CLIENTS NOR THEIR PETS, FAMILY MEMBERS,. TO YOU IT'S JUST A JOB! You don't belong in this field. There are plenty of real caring vetenarians that are excellent and Care about the clients and their Pets, Family members! I have read these negative reviews for the past many years so this is a pattern, not an isolated situation. I wouldn't consider. you for even Euthanasia....I wouldn't trust your services with anything.

I could not recommend Drs. Flanagan enough. In July, we had to face the decision of saying goodbye to our 14-year-old boxer dog, Rusty. It was a devastating decision for both of us, but Dr. Robert reached out to us very quickly after my initial inquiry, was incredibly compassionate over the phone and said exactly what we needed to hear to know that this was the right decision and the right time.Dr. Robert and Dr. Karli came out to our home, were compassionate and caring with our best pal as we said goodbye to him. Dr. Karli gave us a shaving of Rusty's hair in a little heart-shaped tin. They made the arrangements for cremation and I was able to pick up Rusty within a week. The pet cremation company they work with gave us a paw-print impression and his remains are in a beautiful wooden box with an engraved plate.Making the decision to euthanize a beloved pet is an awful thing, but I commend this practice for helping us navigate a very painful time in our lives. To us, it was worth the money to be able to say goodbye to Rusty in our home.(The pic is Rusty from happier times- Such a handsome boy!)

They were most gentle & caring about my pet's body. I was so glad they could come get her for private cremation.? He was very kind & will bring her back to me after cremation in a few days in a little wooden box with her name engraved on it. Thank you so much!?

After years of frequent and stressful vet visits for hyperthyroidism and a recent diagnosis of a tumor, I made the heartbreaking decision to have our sweet girl put to rest. Both Dr. Flanagans arrived promptly to my home as scheduled. They walked me through each step of the process. Their empathetic and compassionate approach offered me comfort as our furbaby was peacefully sent to heaven in my lap. This team was everything we needed and could have asked for during that time.

Drs. Flanagan take the time to answer questions and explain everything, drawing from a wealth of experience in clinical practice. No nonsense, practical approach. They have taken amazing care of my dogs and cats since I moved here 8 years ago. Highly recommend!

The most caring and compassionate veterinarians I’ve ever met. Saying goodbye to my best friend was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I knew I wanted my kitty’s last memory to be at home and to be peaceful. I called other veterinarians and didn’t like their demeanor. The second Dr Flanagan answered the phone, I knew they were the right choice. Oli got to pass peacefully after eating his favorite food and cuddling with his mama in the comfort of his home. No stressful drive to the vet. They gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. I will never forget their kindness and grace and how they cared for Oli. I highly recommend them.
