“Update : I said I would update when I got a call back. Pat called me today and while I'm still disappointed in the lack of explanation originally, Pat and I had a good conversation. I appreciate him reaching out and will continue with State Farm.
I'm not sure if they're liars or incompetent and can't explain their policies well but I'm so upset with Pat McCabe's office right now I don't know what to do. I purchased a new vehicle on 8/16 and was quoted $161 on the phone. Jo Anna in the office tells me that this is incorrect and it's actually $186 even after I request they listen to my phone call as they are recorded. Per Jo Anna, I completed the defensive driving and it should now be around $175. Today, I get mail stated they're taken $201.24 out of my account. I have a voicemail in with the office and I'm hoping some gets back to me first thing Monday to resolve my issues as I never consented to this amount. I will update my review then.”
