2 weeks ago went in to get headlight fixed.
Told them I only wanted HEADLIGHT FIXED...so they some how DRAINED MY OIL.
My car started running rough last week (RPM rough, 'check oil' light blinked when I made sharp turns) so I had my buddy (USMC motor pool mechanic Vet) check out car. He told me most of my oil was gone!!
We figured that mismanaged crew at Jiffy Lube thought they were going to change my oil..instead of just fixing my headlight. Will not being going back to Jiffy Lube. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL HOLE-IN-THE-WALL MECHANIC.

Idk if I continue to get lucky but every time I go in it’s the best guys in there and there are super efficient. The one guy behind the counter is super cool, honest, and will provide discounts to anyone for additional work if you honestly need it done. Will always use this place.

Had no problems with my tire when i came in now i cant get air in and have low air in r r tire then did something to pin and tell me i have to pay to fix

I just had the most outstanding experience at the Liberty Jiffy Lube. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. All very standard, BUT they also solved an issue I have had for several months! After leaving I was 1/2 way home and realized I'd left my water bottle. When I pulled up to the front door of the shop 2 different service techs came out to make sure there were no issues with the car. I found this to be a really kind gesture. Thank you!

They didn’t honor the coupon, all I wanted was new oil and a filter. Two guys were inside my car one was vacuuming, which I didn’t want, the other took out my glove compartment to access the cabin filter, without my permission, another guy took out my engine filter, again no permission, then I saw a guy putting water in my windshield reservoir, again no permission!I did tell the manager but it was too late, I am extremely Not satisfiedIf they had asked me if I wanted all that stuff? I would have said NO

These guys were great! I had been using a competitor down the road a few miles for the last few oil changes with less than amazing results. What I will say is this is NOT one of the quick change spots that lies to you and overcharges wherever they can. I was given a fair quote (before my coupon was applied) before pulling into the bay. I had asked about the coupon and was given the new discounted price without any hesitation or hassle. The manager (I presume) was very professional and got me in and out in 15 minutes with a smile to top it off. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend anyone else who needs fast, fair, professional service completed on their vehicle. Thanks!!
