I had the best experience shopping at the Jimmy Choo store in King of Prussia thanks to the amazing customer service provided by Tien. Tien expertly fitted me and helped me pick out the perfect shoe for my daughter’s wedding. She has great knowledge of fashion and is so friendly. Thanks to Tien I will certainly come back to Jimmy Choo.

I enjoy designer shoes, bags, jewelry and sunglasses but sometimes designer stores lack in customer service.. NOT Jimmy Choo KOP! Not just great customer service, they create a shopping experience! Classy, comfortable and gorgeous, they never fail to have exactly what I want. Cheers to the staff, you’re truly perfect, we love shopping with you!

Jimmy Choo, KoP is a fabulous boutique. The customer service is unmatched. Alora, The store manager has helped me on a few occasions and is nothing but professional, pleasant and interested in serving her customers to the best of her abilities. I’ve bought a few great pairs of shoes here in the last couple years and will continue to support Jimmy Choo. My heels, sandals, espadrilles and winter boots have all been comfortable and fantastic. If you are looking for a high-end fashion, you have come to the right place.

Tien is your go-to here. Everyone is absolutely lovely, but I personally connected with Tien a few months ago and she always finds the perfect piece. The team is super personable and genuine. As for the products, obviously quality is unmatched.

Tien at Jimmy Choo KOP is one of the best sales people I have met in recent times. I entered the store just hoping to look around & as I soon as I spotted a nice pair of shoes, she convinced me to buy not only the shoes but also a matching bag. She further guided me on how to style my new shoes & bag. Tien is indeed a keeper for Jimmy Choo.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Jimmy. I went in to try on shoes for my upcoming wedding, and he was so helpful and kind. What a fun experience. I ended up leaving with two fabulous pairs of heels!! Yay!!

We drove 2 hours to visit the Jimmy Choo store and we were not disappointed. All of the staff were so welcoming and professional. I found the perfect shoes for my bridal shower. Very pleasant and happy experience. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience at this Jimmy Choo location! My sister and I drove 2 hours here just because the reviews were so great compared to other locations near us. Well, it was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive. Every single person who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. Jimmy was our sales associate and he was AH-MAZING. I came to get my wedding shoes, which I had been researching for a while now. He made sure to ask all the questions and pulled many options. I never felt pressured and he was so fun to talk to. I ended up getting my dream shoes! Because they didn’t have my size in the shoe at the store, Jimmy had to order them and assured me they will be perfect when they arrive, which I know they will be. This trip was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend coming to this location if you want to go to a Jimmy Choo store. We will be back!

Went in to consider buying my wife a pair of $950 shoes and they tried to sell me a matching pocketbook for only $1,750. I walked over to Neiman Marcus and purchased the shoes.

Wonderful experiencing while purchasing my shoes, but requesting a warranty repair was a different story. After arguing to have most of the repairs done, I was told to super glue the remaining flaws. The shoes were not returned cleaned, or even in a Jimmy Choo bag.This is not the service I’d expect from a luxury brand. I will not return.
