Kind, honest, professional, knowledgeable! I was referred here, almost 40 years ago, by a court judge, and have had excellent service ever since! Occasionally I need to wait for an appointment, because their schedule books up, but it's worth the wait and the peace of mind, knowing that they are honest, never up selling, completely competent, and my family's vehicles are all mechanically well cared for. Most highly recommended!

So I have been going there for 3+ years now, and i just love their customer service from Sam. He is very honest, and he is kind. The owners name is John. The work done here is solid, and as good as it gets at any solid repair shop! i have built a trust over the last 3+ years. Prices are very reasonable, and affordable.

(from 3 years ago, but the staff and service have been consistent) Fast, friendly service by people who know exactly what they're doing while keeping cost-conscious customers in mind. Tuesday afternoon I called because my car wouldn't start. They recommended Ewing Towing who picked up my car right away and delivered it to K&S. Two days later, fuse box was repaired for a total cost (tow included) of $217. Now THAT is service, I won't be going back to big dealerships anymore. I'm back on the road and would highly recommend.

Go somewhere else. They up charge to the extreme. I know I'm a female but I still do my research before I agree to anything. There over charged me around 500. My engine light was still on when I picked up my car and when I asked them about it they gave me nothing but attitude. Never coming back and am going to report.

K & S replaced a fuel pump for a 2013 Honda accord and charged $890.02 for that part. Fuel pumps range between $90 & $502. The total bill was $2032.77 so they upcharged the fuel pump by $300 then charged $45 for a gallon of gas, $55.41 for fuel injection cleaner. Now the vehicles check engine light is blinking and the car is sputtering and misfiring which makes the vehicle unsafe after getting robbed for 2 grand and change. I wasn't offered help to try and resolve the issues, I was told to never bring my car back there again. The man was rude, confrontational and frankly has no clue on how to treat and talk to people to work out an issue that is clearly their fault. I'm reporting to the BBB, the way I was talked to there is no excuse.

Guys did a great job on my brakes! They were recommended by other garages. Price was a bit on the higher side but the work was excellent!
