L&T Nails is hands down one of the best nail salons I’ve been to! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Their service is excellent—they’re detail-oriented, professional, and take their time to make sure everything is perfect. Whether it’s a last-minute appointment or a regular visit, they always go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I got a pedicure, the first thing I noticed was how unsanitary the workers are. How are you wearing gloves and opening a dirty trash can, pushing trash down in the trash then start working on the pedicure service? The person I had seemed new because I asked for the Organic pedicure and the person at the front desk had to set it up for him. I also noticed that the black cabinets were dirty at the pedicure stations. When he asked me how much length I wanted to cut, he cut them perfectly then kept filing them down to where I didn’t want and he didn’t even shape my nails which he later made them uneven…. I will not be back.

Absolutely terrible! Nails filed crooked which I asked to be fixed 2 times and still not straight. I had to file them myself when i got home then 2 nails completely broke off after 3 days! I didn’t even call to complain, I just won’t be back EVER

Since today was my first time going to L&T, I wanted to play it safe by getting a gel polish change and after leaving I was very disappointed. Polish is all over my fingers and I kept getting hit by the drill during my appointment. I will say they do house friendly staff members.

I been seeing Jack for a while now. He over booked himself on a holiday. Took his frustrations out on me once I told him to do my nails a specific way. He is easily frustrated and unprofessional in front of his customers. I heard from previous workers that he get nasty but it was my first time experiencing it.Very unprofessional! Walked away with my nails unfinished.

Cleanliness: This decor and ambiance in this salon was great. There was ample space between stations so you did not feel crammed in while getting the services. I will be a return customer.

On my second visit….My appointment was at 630 and I wasn’t seen until 710. However, Jack did a really good job with my nails. This is my new nail salon :)

L&T is 100% my new place to go. Tiffany did my nails custom to what I wanted and they look amazing. They took my previous set off with no pain and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The shape is beautiful no bulky nails here and they have so much selection to choose from! All the nail techs there are super funny and personable, there is no reason to not make L&T your new salon!! Super happy with this place:))

IN DELAWARE ?TIFFANY IS SO GREAT DOES WONDERFUL NAILS & GREAT EYEBROWS , HAS SUCH A GREAT POSITIVE NICE ATTUIDE , EVERY NAIL TECH IN THERE IS SO NICE PLEASANT RESPECTFUL ?. I had such a horrible experience. I arrived before they opened. I was the first one there the rude guy there ( sorry didn’t catch his name) started my manicure by soaking my nails, 2 girls walk in claiming they have appointments. ( which he seemed shocked about) but stated working on there nails. He left me for 45 minutes. Never came over to explain, apologize for the inconvenience and wait. Nothing. So i mention to him should I book an appointment next time he got upset and said she had an appointment/ I understood but to not check on me and leave me there as you stated my nails and walked away for 45 minutes?! He started cutting my nails to short , I asked me not to short and he started yelling telling me I’m to picky?! I’m in a nail salon you cutting my nails to short is something I have to speak up on?! He told me to leave refused to take care of me. I was so embarrassed I asked another girl there to do my nails and she did. She has always been nice. But no one stepped in and said anything. When he was wrong, rude and completely unprofessional!
