We purchased a sectional and the experience was great! Our salesman Mike was very helpful and Becky was very knowledgeable, top tier customer service. We even went back and added a piece a few weeks later. The quality and comfort can not be matched! We will definitely be back!

Very impressed with the quality of the LazyBoy recliner sofa and chair with Clean fabric which I selected. Can't wait to have it delivered! Rebecca Kimmel was my salesperson and she was so knowledgeable and helpful, and because the sale was on, I got an amazing deal! Very, very pleased!

Great customer service and quality furniture are at this Newark lazy boy location. Sales associate, Neha, explained the variety of manual sofa recliners and materials available on sale. I'm looking forward to receiving my couch and table set in Sussex within two weeks.

Good afternoon my name is Kathleen and I had the greatest experience while shopping at the La-z Boy store in Newark DE off of Churchmans Rd! I came from Westampton NJ about 52 miles north of Delaware, because My brother Ken and Sistet-in-Law Cathy raved about the furniture and service that they experienced over a year age with Daily their personal designer and the store manager Christine‼️
My sales man Michael Tomsic was extremely helpful not pushy! After Michael helped me to choose the furniture and material of my liking, he introduced me to Dailey T. a personal designer‼️. What a wonderful and extremely talented and creative young woman! Dailey put together two complete rooms of furniture for me and what an amazing job she did‼️

Bill was a pleasure to work with. He was informative, kind and honest. The staff was professional and collaborative and willing to support one another when needed. The store manager, Nela was awesome.(I know I messed up her name). She put pics of the furniture on the computer to give us the final look. I left Lazy-Boy a very satisfied customer. I will say it’s a bit more expensive than other competing furniture stores but the quality of their products are unmatched.

We went to lazy boy not really knowing exactly what we wanted, but we were expecting the hard sell. We got the exact opposite. Becky made us feel comfortable like she had known us forever. She asked us both several questions. She explained some things and showed us several sofas and love seats and gave us plenty of time to figure out what we wanted. Then we got to choose the fabric and color. Becky and Whitney both helped with that, and we left knowing we bought some super comfortable really nice furniture. We can say this was the best most relaxed furniture buying experience we have had.
