Unreliable and mostly unhelpful. Go elsewhere Got multiple emails (and phone calls) from Labcorp confirming receipt of order for blood testing and instructing me to schedule an appointment. Showed up at appointment and they said they didn't have an order for it and basically blamed it on the doctor's office (despite the email and phone confirmations). Clearly Labcorp screwed up. For that reason, would recommend you go elsewhere for testing

This is the second time in the last 6 months that I've had blood drawn for lab work at this location. Both times left me with a huge bruise on my arm. I won't be going back to this location for this service anymore.

Had to get blood work and a drug screening. There is one right across from where I live, but they were still closed 15 minutes after opening time. So, I drove to this location.Staff was super friendly and efficient.

Only one staff member. Very long wait time. This is how Labcorp’s cutting costs by making patients wait longer than necessary and over burdening their hard working employees. All of this to satisfy their Greed of Profit. People over Profit.Corporate Greed at its highest. ?

This company’s check in process is extremely antisocial. I call ahead, I can’t talk to a person but the robot makes it sound like walk ins are ok. So I walk in towards the end of the day. I have to talk to another robot in their lobby. Robot says can’t do it today because too late, no surprise there, but the soonest they can do it is in 2 weeks (but I mistake it for 3 business days, next week). So I leave, frustrated that I had to drive to find that out. I come back 3 business days later next week for my appointment and the robot signs me in, but makes no mention of my appointment. Weird. While waiting, I get curious, check the photo I took of the robot’s confirmation from last time, and realize that no, the appointment I made was for next week, not this week. So now I finally have an excuse to interrupt the receptionist and this is the first time I talk to a human. I find out oh no, that’s fine, you’re signed in so just hang out until we get to you. What? Well why didn’t the robot tell me that last week instead of telling me it would be 2 weeks before you could get to me? I understand that your appointments are in high demand, but how do you not tell the person, “No, we can totally do it sooner than 2 weeks, just without an appointment.” So the waiting room is close to full, but they do my drug test within 20 minutes of me arriving, apparently with no appointment. If they just deleted the robot or had a smarter robot, I would have been able to just ask them a question about walk ins. But no. You don’t talk to a human until the very last possible second. All intake is controlled by robots that don’t understand that scheduling someone out 2 weeks for something that could be done the next morning without an appointment is really dumb.Once the humans got involved, it was great though. Just have to delete the robots or make them much less d*** so as not to waste people’s time for no reason.

Weekend hours listed are WRONG. That’s incredibly inconvenient for some. I’ve never had problems with service. Wish they could post accurate times so I could schedule my day accordingly.

Dealing with this place was worst than the actual procedure. Went there for work physical. Asked a day earlier, "do you process this here? Was told yes." Important do to time sensitive material. Do I empty pockets to be weighed? No not important. 2 days later had to email corporate to get any answers. Called and was told time sensitive specimen sat there 8hrs...If you want good customer service or reliable tests. Go elsewhere

This place needs an actual dedicated receptionist at the front desk. The lab techs work the front desk too and are rude and abrupt with customers. The same techs are then usually very nice when doing their actual job, drawing blood. I don't understand the business model, except that the higher ups are probably cutting corners to save money. Regardlessl, I will never come here again.

Absolutely rude, and not personable.I took a client for blood work and urine sample, and it was a Saturday they were such in a rush to get her out the door, basically pushing a 92 year old woman out the door.I told the lady that my client can not be left alone standing, I had left to go pull the car up for my client. So the staff was telling her to get up because they were closing and was telling her to leave...I jumped out of the car and said she can't be left standing alone, she is a fall risks. Didnt care.

I'm really impressed with the phlebotomist. My veins roll, and other labs have had a hard time with that. This lady got it perfectly and quickly with the least pain I can remember.

Blood work is never fun, but your health is important. Making an appointment online was pretty easy and I received text and email reminders a couple days prior. I received a QR code in my email that made checking in at their self check in kiosk easy. I was able to verify all the information that I had submitted online before taking a seat. I've been to other testing businesses and it was pretty standard waiting for your name to be called, rolling up your sleeves and giving a few vials of blood work or other specimens. Always encourage making an appointment and plan for the morning. Best way to start the day.
