Liberty Plaza/Possum Park Mall is an old strip mall with recently renovated store fronts, offering an array of businesses and services. It is a very fun place to poke around with interesting items and hidden gems, including a very nice antique store, a Filipino restaurant, and an Indo Pak Middle Eastern grocery. There is also a discount store with good bargains, along with Perkins and Outback Steakhouse. The location is convenient with lots of parking. While some note changes in the food and service at one restaurant, others have found the food delicious and the staff friendly and accommodating.
