I’m a glutton for punishment. New to the area. Purchased a home last year, 12 minutes from this store. Have been remodeling the entire house. Every single order I have placed (Their stock is not even close to correct or sufficient) Has had something damaged or incorrect. If they are out of stock on a product they are supposed to have. They will just cancel the order. AFTER YOU ARE THERE TO PICK UP!Absolutely the worst customer service, severe lack of communication. Not enough employees. Store is not maintained well. Will be driving the extra minutes to New Castle or Brandywine for now on.

Headline: The cashier went above and beyond to make sure I got the assistance I needed and turned what would have been an irritating experience into a pleasant one.I came in to purchase a piece of lumber and have it cut so it would fit in my car. I purchased the lumber and the cashier immediately went on the intercom and requested assistance at the wood cutting station. I walked back there and waited awhile for someone to come, but I was reassured multiple times that I hadn't been forgotten because everytime the cashier saw me still waiting I could hear her announce on the intercom again that assistance was needed at the wood cutting station. The cashier even came over in person to assure me that she was doing everything she could to get someone over there. Eventually a Lowe's team member came over with the manager and cut the lumber for me. The manager handed me one piece of lumber and he offered to carry the other piece to my car since he could see my hands were full holding my child in one arm and the first piece of lumber in the other. The cashier went above and beyond to make sure I got the assistance I needed and turned what would have been an irritating experience into a pleasant one. Overall, great customer service here!

Went to shop for a refrigerator/freezer. Didn't find one that fit spot where old one was. But needed dog and cat foods and pet supplies. Browsed bakery and bought several items. Result of walking through store purchased several other items. Result, I spent close to $325. All good products at good prices. Check out was fast. Also went to optical for new lenses but I need a new Rx so no purchase

Placed a big order with a customer for pickup. I think Christine (the Filipina lady) helped us order the materials. This Lowe’s is truly lucky to have a worker like her, she spent time with my client to give her the best deal for materials towards my customer’s home.

This is constantly a matter! This is the 3rd I went into lowes to get help an nobody is able to help me. I need wood cut walked around came back an it wasn’t able to get help !! I needed help in hardware an nobody was around to help me with that as well. You guys need to get it together, you will lose good customers

I've been to the Newark Lowes twice, both times horrible experiences. The first visit was to pick up kitchen cabinets I had ordered online. After ordering the cabinets online, I received an email telling me my "order is ready" and also instructed me to let the store know when I am "on my way" to pick up the order. I must assume that means they want to pull the order and have it ready when I get there. That would be great customer service... if it was true. So as instructed I let the store know I was "on my way" before I left for an hour drive to get there. Upon arrival, I had a 50 minute wait for them to bring out my cabinets and the sales persons excuse was that it "took them a while to find it". My next trip to Newark Lowes was worse. I ordered an additional cabinet online, and let them know via email that I was "on my way" to pick it up. Upon arrival, again nothing had been pulled so I waited 25 minutes while they looked for my order, then informed me they couldn't find it because they actually DO NOT even stock that style cabinet there at all. Their suggestion was to send me 15 miles further out of my way to the Middletown location where they DO stock that item. Despite the major inconvenience to me, the manager Dave said there is no way for Lowes to transport the cabinet from the other store or any other arrangements. Lowes customer service is THE WORST! Once I get this last cabinet, I won't ever be ordering anything again.

I brought a brand new vanity and the cabinets are broken, had to exchange it. Then when about to attach the faucet which is brand new too, it's leaking. Now I have to return that too and make anotrip back.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. To the point where I will be needing to cancel my order (that they lost and don’t care enough to figure it out or fix it) and shop elsewhere from now on. I’ve been lied to repeatedly since December 29th. I definitely do not recommend purchasing any appliances from this store and dealing with that department. Calling customer service was not helpful either.

Never gave me an estimate for flooring. Then tried to say an item was out of stock when it wasn’t. I will not be recommending them to any of my clients nor will I be using them in the future. However, one of the associates I did encounter was nice.

I don't come in here often. Bought my Christmas tree from here. Store is always clean, and the consultants are always cool and knowledgeable.
