We had a really great experience at this store. I love their bath bombs and went in looking to buy one. My young son was fussy and started getting upset due to feeling overwhelmed. I was going to leave to avoid a meltdown, but the staff was amazing with him! They showed him the bubbles they had made and encouraged him to play with them. They also let him play with the fidgets they have from their partnership with Kulture City. It turned what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. We went to leave after a bit and my son even turned around to go back for more bubbles! Cannot say enough nice things about the staff and our experience, and we will definitely be back!

Went to the mall when it first opened and out of all the stores I’ve been in this was the first one to not greet me when I entered. The lady looked up then continued to do whatever she was doing. That was an immediate sign to leave the store.

I wanna say, I love the team there! Love the staffs and hard working and every time I walk past the store I can't help myself but having to turn around and walk right on in! Really love this place and the people, everyone is super friendly and helpful thank you for such a wonderful community!

If I could leave no stars I would. I truly wish I could.
I visited this location with my fiancé, Laura, who had previously enjoyed it immensely. She hadn't been back since her graduation from UD a few years ago and had fond memories of her visits. Unfortunately, our recent experience was quite disappointing.
Not only were some of Laura’s favorite employees, such as Tasha, Jasmine, and Ben, no longer there, but we were also met with an uncomfortable situation involving the new manager. The manager, whom we believe might be named Sharon or Shelby, was overly aggressive in pushing the products and demonstrated a lack of respect for personal space. The approach felt more like a high-pressure sales tactic rather than a genuine customer service experience. Think perfume sale counter at Christmas time in Macy’s. Laura repeatedly had to insist she was fine, while the manager asked numerous questions in a short span of time, imagine 45 dead ended questions in a span of 10 minutes. Additionally, when Laura sought assistance from another associate, a tall woman, the manager intervened and redirected the associate elsewhere. This visibly diminished Laura’s enthusiasm, The stories she told me seem almost unreal compared to what she experienced. I mean dancing, laughter, making bubble characters, an elf with light up skirts that made people dance for bath bombs, who remembered your name and favorite scents, seemed too good to be true. The lively and engaging atmosphere she once remembered, characterized by dancing, laughter, LIFE and personalized service, seemed to be missing.
Given this experience, Laura has decided not to return to Lush and is reconsidering her use of Lush products altogether. We hope that the brand can restore the magic that once made it special.

I Love Lush so far tried Sultana of soap, karma, sandstone and honey I washed the kids sometimes get free samples and been satisfied with every product I purchased and staff super friendly and overall super enjoyable!!!! Favorite so far honey I washed the kids and the tofu hair shampoo!

Went to lush Christiana Mall today between 630pm and 7pm. I am not happy about how I was treated. I have been to this store a few times. I have also been to two lushes in PA. I moved to Delaware in 2021 from Florida. The ladies at the Lush in the Millennium Mall in Orlando, Fl. knew me by name. So, my issue. The lady that handled the register asked me and my King did I want her to write the weight on the soap wrapper I was buying in case I needed to bring it back. I looked at her and said I am not returning soap so no don't write on my soap. Then she says it again about the other bar and I said the same thing but more sterner. We bought 3 bars. She did not make the statement about putting the weight on the bars in case you need to return the bars to the lady who bought soap before me. Also the way she said it to me and her coworker laughed. I handed her the bars and did not ask how much they cost. I didn't care I was getting them. Who returns soap? I am an HR Manager. Customer Service is everything. The next time I go in lush I will leave without buying anything if I see the lady who did not treat me with dignity and respect. I love Lush. I have never been treated the way I was today in any other lush store. I have been in this store a few times and had wonderful experiences with the other staff. So disappointed by this visit. Dignity and respect were not given to me at this store today.

The smell of the store is amazing. Customer service is the best. They were knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose the best products for my dry skin.

I had a wonderful experience with the ladies at Lush today. They were helping me find Jasmine scented products. I defaulted to my old favorite-Lust and some Goddess soap. It was so much fun trying all of the different perfumes and soaps! I got a wonderful recommendation for cleansers as well! Thank you so much for all your help!!!!!
