I had an excellent experience working with Manuel Mateo at Martin Honda. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, a Honda Pilot Elite, and he made the entire process incredibly smooth. The specific car I wanted was actually at another dealership, but he took care of everything to get it transferred to Martin Honda so I could purchase it locally.
He was easy to work with, straightforward, and kept me updated every step of the way. No pressure, no runaround just a genuinely helpful experience. I’m thrilled with my new Pilot Elite and appreciate how seamless he made the whole process. Highly recommend!

Consistently Excellent Service at Martin Honda!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Martin Honda in Newark, DE since 2019 when I purchased my Civic, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. From the moment I arrive, I’m greeted promptly and treated with genuine care. The team is professional, friendly, and always honest.
They take the stress out of car service by being efficient, personable, and transparent about what’s needed. It’s clear they truly value their customers. I can always count on top-notch service and a great experience every single time. Highly recommend Martin Honda to anyone looking for a dealership and service that truly stands behind their work and treats you like a friend.

I go to Mili because she takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. I left Piazza Honda of Pottstown and Union Park Honda to come here because the prices are lot more reasonable here and they don’t pressure me to get repairs done. Piazza Honda service can be very rude and they get upset when you tell them you need time to think about the repairs they recommend. I compared the price for a new A/C with several repair shops and Martin was able to give me the best price. Most importantly, Honda Martin also stands behind their work. I noticed that my oil stated to leak a few weeks after oil change and I brought the car back and they fixed it right away without charge.

When I was shopping for cars at Honda, I went to a few different locations, and I noticed that this location is not willing to negotiate with you. However, I bought 2 cars in the past with them, and their paperwork processing was quicker than the other places.

On October 8, 2025, my wife and I picked up our brand new Honda CRV 2026. This is the second car that we have purchased from Martin Honda. Both transactions were handled by Mark Tribuani. I have to say through phone conversation and texting. He makes this a very easy process. There are no hidden secrets are no misinformation. He is a pleasure to talk to and certainly is a gentleman. I would not hesitate sending any of my family or close friends to see him. In the past I’ve dealt with other Honda dealerships in my closer area and they’ve been nothing but nightmares I live in Dover Delaware. I do not mind taking the trip to Martin Honda and deal with Mark. It’s always a Five Star adventure. Thank you again Mark

Took my 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition that I purchased from Martin Honda in June 2025 (Great Experience w/EMAD) to the service department for Honda Accessories to be installed yesterday morning. The Martin Honda is a horrible service center to take your car to get it fixed! I got phone call from Nicole to make a schedule for the fuel pump recall that they had me wait nearly 2 years and I set it up. The date of the appointment later that day I got phone call and I have been told that my fuel pump was cracked so they can't perform the recall and asked me to pay $920 for the cracked fuel pump which didn't happened before I took my car there. I called my local mechanic who did several diagnose before and recent one was two weeks ago and he told me that there wasn't any issue with the fuel pump at all and next day after it took my car I filled up my gas and the fuel tank sensor was acting up and was showing empty tank when I just filled it up so they didn't only messed up my fuel pump and also my fuel tank sensor. So I called Nicole and confronted them about this and told her that most likely their mechanic messed up my fuel pump. Nicole and Martin Honda didn't take any accountability and didn't want to fix the issue they caused. This is very unprofessional and I will take legal action against them for they did to my car.
If you don't want your car get messed up by them don't go to them.

Had an amazing experience at Martin Honda with Mark Tribuani and Alycia Garcia-Mottinger purchasing my Civic, Mark gave me an amazing lease deal with nothing out of pocket on a 2025 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring.
Coming from a VW GTI and 3 previous VW’s, I was not expecting to enjoy the vehicle as much as I did. Not at one point did I feel pressured by either Mark or Alycia and they made sure the process was quick and easy, I really commend them for how comfortable they made me feel during the purchase. Please make sure to ask for Mark if you’re looking for a new Honda!

I purchased a replacement key that was cut and was not told I would be wasting 81.00. The key needed to be programmed. So when I returned to my car of course the key didn't work. I spent 81.00 for nothing and had to get my car towed. I placed a call to Honda Customer Servce and they took the complaint but merely forward the complaint to the dealership. Honda Customer Service does not assist you with a technical resolution either!
Day 2 now with no car, no solution and no return call from the dealership. I have tried to reach Managers at Martin Honda and just keep being transferred to voice mails! 🙃

I had a very bad experience 😕 with this Service. First time take my car to get the air condition fix. I explain to them that I already know it had a leak . THEY CALL AND SAID IT WAS DONE. A WEEK LATER AGAIN THE AIR NOT WORKING. Make another appointment take it in they say they will have to keep the car due to they where unable to finish. Next day I get a call the car is done. They send me to the front desk charge me 140 for service.I get in my car turn on the car and I can't pull my car out. My car is air ride can bring my car up and the radio is not working . To make the storie short THE manager said is nothing he can do it was not his probleam left me out there for 5hr. I had to call some one to come and help me.
