I’ve purchased several Mazdas from Martin Mazda over the years and have always had good experiences. I really miss Herb — he was the best and made the process easy and straightforward. If I’m in the market again, this is where I’d go. In my opinion, it’s the only place in Delaware worth shopping if you’re looking for a Mazda.

I was looking for a part ,for a Mazda. Called some other dealers, they never called me back 😒. Martin Mazda answered the phone 📱 and was very helpful. Wrapping the part for Christmas. They got it just like they said. Super helpful..

Wonderful experience with Brian Matt from start to finish.

Bought a CX50 from Martin Mazda a few weeks ago. I shopped around for a while but found the staff there very friendly, professional, and not pushy at all. Olivia from sales was wonderful and very nice. You don’t really feel like you’re at a car dealership there. Even the financing part was smooth. I’m very happy with my overall experience and Will definitely recommend Martin Mazda to any prospective buyers.

Superb experience with Martin Mazda, especially with my specialist, Trang Nguyen. It was time for a new vehicle and I was shopping for a CX-5 in a specific color and trim. Trang's responses to my inquiries were straightforward and direct- no 'you have to come in before I will answer this question or give you this price'. She did not hesitate to provide complete quotes, in writing, as I had asked. I traveled out of state to buy from Trang (and Martin Mazda). Got the car I wanted and the 'deal' I was happy with. Picking up the car was easy- paperwork was ready and everything was reviewed and explained. Trang also drives a CX-5 and was able to show me around this new car with new bells and whistles to learn compared to my 2002 BMW. I drove away feeling confident that I could remember how to find and activate whatever feature I wanted, thanks to Trang! I certainly recommend this dealership, and Trang if you can get her!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Drove from far away to see the car that was listed Mazda certified on their site. When I arrived 4 different people all had no idea on details with the car. It did not have android auto as listed, actually didn't even have stock nav installed. Car was dead so they jumped it. Only to see an engine failure light come on from allegedly is Mazda certified. Literally no one seemed to care as I mentioned these things. So glad I dodged a bullet buying here, one guy was googling to find out what features the car had... And was wrong. An unsuspecting buyer will get burned here. Big dodged bullet!

We had an excellent purchase experience with Trang Nguyen and Martin Mazda. Very relaxed and no stress. Trang was very accomodating and patient, and worked with us to find the right model, trim line, color, and accessories that we wanted. I can't remember a car buying experience that was more enjoyable! Very highly recommend Trang and Martin.

Recently I purchased a car from Martin Mazda. My son did his research and decided on 2025 Mazda 3. Now he is the first one in the family driving a Mazda.
Our Sales Person Mr. Anthony Harris did an amazing job explaining my son all the details about the car, navigation, settings, connection with the phone, service, free gas, etc. Also he did an excellent job removing any stress from the purchasing process and telling us about the huge savings for Cosco members. Allowing me to use a credit card for a portion of the price got me points at Cabela's right in time for the hunting season.
I am grateful for my experience and I recommend Martin Mazda and Mr. Anthony Harris.
