I had gotten a bag from Christiana mall for them. I was trying to return it and they said that the bag has to be in perfect selling condition. They didn’t say any of that over the phone and as far as I knew someone told me from that store that I could either return or exchange it. If you work for a business I would hope you tell the customer everything over the phone verses them driving a hour and a half to go to the store. Bad communication and bad business I’m sorry but I’m never buying from them again.

I’m so disappointed with the purchase my husband made at the Christiana mall location today. He shops there for me at least once a year and he’s never brought home worn shoes before. These shoes were sold to him with the soles clearly scuffed and lines across the top of the shoe. These shoes have clearly been worn. I’m not sure what their quality control process is but it definitely should include checking the shoes first for signs of wear before selling them to a frequent paying customer. Again, my husband loves shopping for me at Michael Kors because everything is presented so well and doesn’t mind paying for quality. This purchase was not worth his time and I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed that the sales consultant who helped him would allow him to leave with visibly worn shoes.

Terrible Experience with MK Store - No Tag, No Exchange
I purchased a handbag from MK Store as a gift for a friend, and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. When I gave the gift, my friend wanted to exchange it for a different style, but when we went to the store, we were told that the exchange was not possible because the handbag didn’t have the tag.
Here’s the issue: **the tag was never given to me in the first place** when I bought the item. The store staff failed to attach it to the bag or provide it with the purchase, so we were unable to complete the exchange even though the item was in new condition and still eligible. It was extremely frustrating, especially considering it was meant to be a thoughtful gift, and now my friend is stuck with something they don't want.
This was a very poor experience with MK Store, and I feel deceived and disappointed. I expected better customer service and professionalism from such a reputable brand. I won't be shopping here again, and I highly recommend being very careful if you decide to make a purchase.

If I could, I would leave a negative star. My wife had walked it to see what was new ( going in with a Michael Kors purse). The sales P.O.S. said to her, “The clearance table is over there” and pointed, and proceeded with a conversation they were having. They really need to not have such cocky and arrogant sales people if they actually want to make sales. This is why people shop online and don’t support the stores, because customer service or lack there of.

I went in there looking at men’s belts and this one lady who worked there treated me amazing even thought I didn’t buy anything and she didn’t give me weird looks like if I was gonna rob anything. I will be coming back eventually to buy the belt I like amazing customer service

I bought a purse online and they said I could take it back to the store. I took the purse back and they wouldn’t accept it because the filling wasn’t inside. The staff was extremely unpleasant - specifically John Vasallo. I am obsessed with Michael Kors but I will never go to this store again. Had an absolute terrible experience. They should really consider hiring people who don’t expect a paycheck by being rude to their clientele.

It wasn't this exact location but it was Michael kors.com. both of the phone numbers online are invalid!!! Then when I actually did find customer service whoever I was speaking with was insanely rude and extremely unhelpful! I honestly really do love this brand but trying to get help for a small issue I had and to be treated with nothing but rude arrogance was horrible.

Easily found what i was looking for matching purse and wallet for a gift. Helpful staff but if you are bothered by people of the LGBTQ community its probably not your spot
