The customer by the front desk was great, work on my car was pretty good too, you wouldn't think it was in an accident. During a test drive and my car reported harsh driving conditions which was by the dealership and not the collision crew according to Mike. Hope Mike and the rest try the jerky and the brisket ?

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They fixed my car from a head on collision and then when I finally got my car back, I had to bring it back two times . The first time was for a leak where my coolant wasn’t just staying… as opposed to something being wrong with my radiator. Car was freezing and wouldn’t heat up obviously. Second time it was the same thing. But this time while I was driving on 95 my hood of the car was smoking. My car told me through a message to emergency stop and check the engine when I heard a loud explosion. They said it was just from the same thing with my radiator and coolant spilling. I was furious and had to take it back and was freezing!!!! Because the job was done wrong, My car left me stranded at night time on a highway, the day before a snowstorm, so you know it was cold!!!!! Now third time, I’m here picking it up and my gas was left empty but they quick to say fill up the rental and charge my insurance for a bad job!! I’m WORK HARD FOR MONEY AND PAY $800 A MONTH NOT FOR MY CAR TO BE LEFT CRAPPY!!!!!!!!! They totally low ball you if you’re young and try to say you’re crazy for being angry at them… I’m a very nice person! but this experience WAS THE WORST

There was damage to my car as a result of someone attempting to steal it so I brought my car here for repairs. My car was at their shop for about a day and a half (business days) when I got a call letting me know I needed to sign an authorization form in order for them to begin work on my vehicle. They offered to send the form to me via email and I agreed because it was convenient at the time. I waited a few hours, no email, so I called them to let them know I had not received the email and just to make sure the correct email was used, etc. thinking there was a reasonable explanation, perhaps on my end,as to why I had not received it. The front desk lady I spoke with confirmed my email address and said she would send it right over. I waited several more hours, still no email, so I called again, confirmed the email once more and was, again, told she would send it over right then. I still have yet to receive any email from them and I do not anticipate I will receive an email today either. So I will have to take the time out of my day to go there and sign the authorization. That means my car will have been there for 2 and a half days waiting for the work to begin because they did not have the authorization form which I could not fill out and return to them since their front desk lady neglected to send it over to me. Two and a half days, that repairs could have already begun, wasted. Keep in mind I had to make arrangements for a car to use while my car is being repaired, which is inconvenient, in addition to dealing with my insurance company, the police, etc. The whole experience has been taxing so their negligence which is a further inconvenience has definitely made a stressful situation even more stressful. How difficult is it to send an email?

I had no problem, drop my Toyota 4 Runner off after an accident and 32 days later I pick it up. Every thing looks good so far, just had it for a day so far. After turning in the rental, I did not had a ride to get to the shop and Toyota was not willing to provide the courtesy shuttle to get me there. Very disappointed. Just a little background, my family bought about 12 vehicles or more, and all services are done at Newark Toyota World. Not very nice not providing a shuttle.

Great team of people. They replaced my bumper and taillight on my suv which is pearl and not an easy color to match. Extremely fast and pleasant to work with.

I was traveling through town and the vehicle I rented got bumped and back bumper was dislodged some. I was stressed out about getting it fixed while here in Delaware. I went to 3 other places before coming here. The first two wouldn't look at it. The 3rd said come back in 5 hours. I went just 200 yards further and luckily found Newark Toyota World Collision Center. I walk in and two gentlemen greet me enthusiastically "How can we help?" I tell them my situation and how I'm here only today. One of the two, Sean says right away, "Let's go take a look!". I show Sean the damage. He uses his hand and knee some and literally fixes the entire issue! He completely resolved the issue in less than a minute! The other place was asking if I wanted to involve insurance. Sean and Newark Toyota World Collision Center literally resolved my issue and made my day! Sean and team rock! I highly highly recommend Newark Toyota World Collision Center for any bodywork.
