Great place to have your things Dry Clean

I brought in several company shirts for dry cleaning, expecting a professional result. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. When I picked them up, they were covered in blue lint ( my shirts are white ) , had visible ink stains, and the cuffs were filthy . It was clear they had not been properly cleaned.
When I raised my concerns, I was told the shirts weren’t dry cleaned but laundered—something I wasn’t informed of when dropping them off. Even more frustrating, the staff member insisted the shirts were dirty when I brought them in (which is why I brought them to a cleaner) and claimed the lint was my fault for supposedly wearing a sweater, which I did not. Instead of addressing the issue, I was met with defensiveness and blame.
Not only were my shirts essentially ruined, but the customer service experience was equally disappointing. I cannot recommend this cleaner and would caution others to look elsewhere for professional garment care.
This is not my first time at this cleaners but my first time having this issue as well as the first time I have interacted with this associate . Please keep in mind there were no ink stains on my shirts when I dropped them off .

Very bed ...Horrible... My clothes came spoiled, the White ones turned beige... when I talked to the owner, she said that the material of my clothes was bad or was very dirty, and she told me to pay and find another place to wash. It was super rude .. and kept criticizing me. I don't recommend it to anyone. My clothes are of quality, not to mention that not even passed right, I was a terrible job.

This cleaner is great for quick turnaround and they were able to remove red stains from a white wedding dress! I've never had an miscommunications, damaged or lost items here.
It was implied at my last visit they don't have an on-site tailor and have to send out for repairs and alterations, increasing turnaround time for those services, so bear that in mind.
They are a great local place for cleaning services!

I went in on a Thursday and I had a wedding on Sunday. My dress was way too long, even with heels and I needed it hemmed. I explained the situation and they saved the day. They hemmed my dress by end of day Friday and I picked the dress up Saturday morning. It was chiffon-like material and you couldn't even tell they hemmed it like 3 inches. It also wasn't super expensive! I will most definitely be back!

Did business w Parkway for a year or two without issue. Loved the pick up and delivery services they provided. I always get a couple of things dry cleaned first to make sure they do it right before turning over some of my favorite dresses. The one time I decided to hand over my absolute favorite dress, it returned without 12 buttons! When I called the excuse was, “we remove all buttons before dry cleaning”. Horrible excuse. They ended up replacing the buttons with something they think is similar but I had to call several times. Needless to say the dress is absolutely ruined. I would have felt better had the lady been just down right honest. We messed up. So sorry. It won’t happen again. We will make it right but I got nothing. Needless to say I’ve taken my business elsewhere. I would not recommend doing business w Parkway.Service: Industrial laundry

I've been using Parkway Cleaners for a few years now. I've used both their delivery service and their store location for my dry cleaning and occasionally alterations. I have never had an issue with any of my clothing. I really like that they added the delivery service and their communication with this service is top-notch. Moved to a location further away from my old cleaners, and was given a card to try Parkway Dry Cleaners in Peoples Plaza, who also does pickup and delivery.Glad I gave them a try. Parkway Dry Cleaners does an excellent job on my shirts, my suits, sweaters, and anything we send to them for regular or dry cleaning. I like my shirts ironed with a crease in the sleeves and they do it perfectly. They also bundle our laundered clothing so that it stays wrinkle-free. Prices are very reasonable, and better than most other places.Best part of all-- I don't even leave my house because they pick up and drop off! This place creates a win-win-win situation for my family and me, and they've definitely earned my business. I've utilized the services of lots of cleaners over the years, and Parkway is top of the list.Services: Organic dry cleaning

Love the delivery service!Clothing is pressed much, much better than the discount dry cleaners.I don’t understand how anyone could rate them less than 5 stars. Yes they are more expensive than other dry cleaners but you get what you pay for.

I’ve been coming here for years. Every time I get my clothes delivered back to me they look like new. Also, when coming in the service is always on point as they are friendly and quick to help. The free drop off service is perfect for my chaotic schedule.
