Madison Moody had gave me a simply wash and blow dry, the wash was amazing and used this amazing shampoo, and she helped me talk about how i should take care of my hair and what product's to use and my hair afterwards felt SOO smooth and shiny !!! thank you madison !!!

I have been coming here for over 4 years. It's a delight to come in and feel the energy and dedication of the future hairstylist. The supervisor's are dedicated to show the future hairstylist on questions on coloring techniques and scissor angles and cutting ✂️. I have never had a bad haircut. It also saves money. Be sure to make sure you have time for here. God bless you all for making my visits great. ✂️✂️❤️❤️

I went to get a skin facial for the first time & coming from a man I must say the experience is amazing. Highly recommend asking for Joelle she took her time very attentive with her work. Asked lots of questions to me in regards of my skin care routine & even recommended a product that would be very beneficial to my skin routine afterwards 10/10. I made another appointment with Joelle for my second session can’t wait.

The absolute WORST hair experience of my life. I left in tears after my entire head of hair was chopped off despite me asking for a simple trim of each layer based on what I had received 7 months ago. There was no supervision and even after I told the leader that my hair was uneven, choppy and 6 inches shorter than what I asked for, nothing was done. Mya did her best trying to fix it but the damage was already done. I left extremely upset and you’re damn right I refused to pay and was told they would call the police on me and forced me to write a statement after being chased out by 4 students/teachers there screaming at me in the damn parking lot. Telling me I should have made a bigger deal about it like it was MY fault! I told the leader and she did nothing! What else was I supposed to do? It took me years of vitamins and treating my hair properly and overcoming hair loss due to severe trauma to get my hair grown back long and they butchered my whole head. I will never EVER go back and recommend to anyone reading this to find a reputable salon instead with experienced leaders who know how to guide their students properly. You get what you pay for I suppose but I figured showing a photo of what I had done 7 months prior was pretty self explanatory. The photos below are what I showed from April vs what I got tonight. Jokes on me I guess. Disgusted.

I just wanna say thank you to Miss Nicole for her patience. Second I would say thank you to my stylist Jessica. She did a wonderful job plus she was very kind and engaging. The color came out really nice and I love the shine. I left upset because of the person who did my press who straighten my hair was very unpleasant and rude. I shouldn’t have to leave a place crying because a person didn’t care about what she was doing and started out being annoyed. But after I got home and tweeked my hair a little I was able to appreciate the work that was done by Jessica and I love it.

Made my appointment online for color. Week ago, I made this appointment. Got reminders about my appointment for my color that I made about a week ago as I’m getting into my appointment today. I get a message that the appointment has to be canceled because they don’t have enough time to do my process. I walk in and get well. I left you a message this morning. Well, I don’t get messages while I’m at work. Why am I getting a message now that they can’t do my hair? Why was I treated so rudely? Why was I able to make this appointment that I could not keep an appointment that I needed it badly, I have been to Paul Mitchell many times throughout the years, but I will never come back again and I will spread this to my friends as in Bill Stadel and everybody else that comes here what you people did to me was wrong. I desperately needed disappointment desperately and I get last minute , drove all the way here from work just

Dynamite haircut, exactly what I hoped for, time efficient and I felt like Raegan listened really well to what I was telling her I wanted. She utilized instructors where needed to improve her own learning and make sure I left with my ideal cut! This was my first visit and I will definitely be coming back!

I made an appointment on tuesday for a clipper cut, and was warmly received by, Melva. Although it was a tall order, she along with the teaching staff took their time and used their combined experience to style my hair.
I was doubly satisfied with the $5 discount, and the price and attention to detail was truly incomparable to my lackluster experiences with other barber's.
I took it for granted that a school dedicated to beauty, primarily HAIR CARE, would have a wider array of tools and products. There was not a hair pick in sight, and anyone with tights curls knows the struggle of a detangling. Also, the school could stand to provide clippers for varying hair textures as well. Hot clippers burn! Otherwise the experience was great and affordable. Thank you, Melva!! Good luck to you all!

I had the absolute pleasure of being styled by Emily S. When I sat down in her chair she asked me what I want and all I said was to feel beautiful and that I was getting married in a few months. Never in my life have I ever been so educated throughout an appointment. We talked about shampoo, products, styling, and everything. I felt heard and didn’t feel embarrassed at all for my lack of knowledge. She took into consideration of my wedding dress and hairstyle I wanted for that so she could make sure she could honor what I wanted for that day too. I’m so happy with my haircut and appointment with Emily! When I said I wanted to feel beautiful, she understood the assignment and I’ve felt beautiful ever since. Thank you!!
