Since when does PetSmart tell me how many fish I can buy for MY tank . I wanted To buy 3 medium bala sharks since mine have ended there life span of many years . The employee who was very nice asked me how many gallons is my tank .. I told her and she said she can only sell me one due to that I don’t have at least 125 gallons and this per the manager .. when did this even before become a rule or something they came up with .For years in my tank I have had Bala sharks up to at least 4-5 along with other fish and never had a problem . Well PetSmart you just lost a customer who spends a lot of money on my fish tank along with my furry children with toys , bones etc . Guess PETCO will get all business from now on !!!

I have been going to this store for food for my cat. They alway seem to be well stock with what I need to buy. And they are so helpful if you need to ask a question. Just love this store.

Bad experience…. The staff was rude and never want to go there again.. i never know fish section was closing by 8.30pm,no one told me..when i went into shop it was around 8.16pm i was waiting for few minutes in fish section to get help to buy some.. around 8.33 one staff came and she was sooo rude and giving us last warning to get fishes and she wasnt patient enough to ask what fish i need too.. she was showing so much anger and i was literally scared to buy some more fishes…. Seriously rude!! If you really closing fish section around 8.30pm please keep a board so that no one will buy after 8.30. ?????

I usually always do online orders and they store always has them ready. Very easy to just pick up at the front quick and easy. Lovely staff

This store is very clean and well stocked. I took my grandson to see the fish and small animals, and they did not disappoint. They had many fish, hamsters, and other small animals. Today, they didn't have any animals getting washed, so we will have to go back.

I took my 3-month-old puppy to get his first haircut this evening. Sam was his groomer. I don't feel like they were very accommodating, especially for a first-time customer. I would've loved for them to explain the process and be compassionate about my concerns. I initially asked if they could trim him prior to washing him. I don't like excess hair after a cut because of my son's allergies. Sam told me she couldn't use her tools on a dirty coat because it could mess them up. I was confused because it was just a trim with scissors, but she stuck to her story. I came from Middletown because 2 of my friends had very good experiences there with other groomers. I wanted some of his hair cut down because he has A LOT of hair. You can't even see his harness or collar. She told me she couldn't cut it because he was too wiggly. I also don't feel like she took enough hair from his pee-pee area. She wasn't there when I picked up my puppy, but I asked the other groomer if it looked like she took enough hair off. She immediately said something to the effect that she couldn't go behind Sam's work. I told her I was just asking if it looked like more hair could've been cut. She said she saw a small area that could've been cut more. I don't know if they were tired or had something else going on, but I didn't enjoy my experience. I can also still smell the stinky smell from his tears and his nails are still sharp (which was $15 extra). I won't be returning.UPDATE: Sarah & Rachel from Petsmart reached out to me and made things right. They explained that they were short-staffed yesterday, which could've led to these issues. I truly appreciate the prompt response and will give them another try if I can book Sarah or Anna.
