Staff is friendly & concerned with recovery. They are good listeners, responsive, and seem genuinely interested in the clients experience & progress. I am only 4 sessions in but so far I would rate at least 4 out of 5 stars.

Everyone there was very helpful. My therapist took time to explain to me what she was doing and how it might help me. And I hope that I would not have to see them again after that first appointment. But I had to go back three more times and they were just as kind and considerate and helpful as they were the first day I walked in. My last time in I did say that I hope I never see them again and they said they hope they never see me again too! LOL so I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at the Newark pivot therapy site you guys are great!

I feel very welcomed every time I walk in for Therapy. I went to see my Doctor today for staples removed and my Doctor could not believe how well I was doing for only 13 days out. He was very impressed ☺️ So if your looking for soft/ aggressive therapy Piviot in Glasgow/Newark is the place for you!

A few years ago I had a serious situation with my back and I was unable to bend my back from my hips down that means sitting down laying down ect. I had to throw myself into the bed in order to go to sleep at night .I was very very depressed. I went to my neurologist and he referred me to have therapy until my surgery date. I picked pivot physical therapy and within 2 weeks the therapist helped me so much that she was able to perform therapy on me that resulted in the disk that had splintered off and wedged in my sciatic nerve to move away from my sciatica. It relieved so much of the pain and I was able to move the areas that I previously could not they helped relieve alot of the pain until to my actual surgery . I'm so thankful and the staff is caring kind and helpful. Thank you so much. I am back in therapy for a new physical issue and I am excited to see my progress for the future. Thank you to all the staff.

12/6/20 ... It was sheer luck I found this Pivot location following my leg operation and relocation to this area. The Deer Park Plaza location of Pivot is smaller than others but the staff makes it a place you want to come back too.I am currently in therapy for five weeks and have another five to go, and have received treatment from therapists, Karen and Bijal who are the best in their class. I have also been cared for by Kristina, Vince (support staff) who are friendly, professional and a good bed-side manner.If you are considering PT for any reason, consider this location (2717 Pulaski Hwy, Newark, DE). You will be greeted by Carla who is compassionate and efficient getting you through the paperwork.I cannot say enough about this positive family style experience, and highly recommend these associates for their seamless work and Covid-19 protocol.Joe Glennon

I love this location. They follow all CDC regulations and then some. Staff are friendly, caring and patient. I will always go to Deer Park Plaza for physical therapy. Its the best!!!
