I had to meet some people here. We all stayed for lunch . Great selection of food. The place was clean. There was plenty of seating. The staff was very helpful.

The Delaware Welcome Center is definitely the nicest rest stop along I-95 between New York and DC. The building is huge and airy, with plenty of space for even big groups to sit. The food choices are stellar, ranging from standard fast food options to Starbucks, Panda Express, and Pret A Manger. The Welcome Center has Superchargers for Tesla’s as well as standard level 2 chargers available for all other electric cars. I’ll try and time my stops specifically for the Delaware Welcome Center for all future I-95 travels.

We stopped here for lunch on a recent trip to NY. The facility is large with lots of tables. Restaurants are grouped at one end. My husband had Panda Express and liked his Beijing beef, which he said was a lot like General Tso's chicken. I had two pieces of chicken and a biscuit from Popeyes. They were pretty good, although the chicken seemed to be cut into kind of odd pieces. There are lots of restroom stalls and plenty of parking.

Just a very packed mall food court renamed a welcome center. No where to sit to eat what you bought and the parking lot is scary.

The layout and quick dining options are great. The bad: The atm will make you do a balance inquiry first therefore incurring a $2 fee just to do so. Also, DO NOT go to the Cinnabon outlet as Ashad will practically throw your order into a bag too small, toss it onto the counter AND doesn't even face you in disdain because you've bothered him.

The cleanest restroom I have seen in my recent stops at rest areas. It is a big one with different food and drink options. It has a market, too.

If you're driving between D.C. and NYC and need a quick stop, Delaware's rest area is the best of the available on-highway options. Two restrooms per gender and numerous eateries, including a Pret A Manger which has tasty pre-wrapped sandwiches that, crucially, you can eat easily while driving. I say crucially because you don't want to spend any more time in ANY of the rest areas than absolutely required. When we need a rest from driving or actually want a MEAL, we use TripAdvisor or Yelp to find a diner within a mile of the Interstate.

A pit-stop location on the journey from Alexandria to Phildelphia, the Travel plaza has lots of places to eat, all a little cramped in together, fast service by the coffee shop but overall average at best.

The travel center is laid out in a big rectangle. When you first walk in, from any entrance it's easy to quickly find your way. It's just as easy to find the bathrooms.Pedestrian flow makes the movement of large numbers throughout the plaza simple, you never really seem to be darting for the restrooms, directly in the path of someone else. And there are plenty of bathrooms open, unlike some plazas where they close half off, just to keep from cleaning them. Prices for food and snacks is typical with rest area pricing. And if you're really in a rush and you don't want to venture into the service plaza itself, you can grab a quick snack, get fuel and use the bathroom at the Sunoco convenience store on premise. The layout is good. Parking is easy. Traffic can be a little reckless at times, but that is more customer than plaza controlled.

Foods okay, but way over priced. I avoid it at all costs except for gas and even that is a little pricey.

Our only stop driving to DC from NJ. Travel Center / restrooms were clean. Food court had long lines - and when we got to the top of the line, both Burger King & Carvel told us no strawberry shakes!! Grrrrr ... would have loved to have one in the summer heat.
