This is my favorite salon in Delaware. I will admit they are sometimes slow as all hell but they do excellent work. Don't expect to get in and out but do expect your nails to look great!Services: Acrylic nails

Awful. Had a pedicure appt for 1:00. They had 4 people working and 5 pedicures soaking and waiting to be started, before me. Completely disrespectful of their customer's time. Not a friendly place either.Service: Pedicure

Thee worst attitudes ever from the time you walk in the door, confusion about pricing and overall just not a good vibe ?..I will never patronize again!!!! The person doing my pedicure seemed nice but didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate with her what i really wanted ??♀️

What I like about going to PT Nails & Spa is that I like getting my nails done and enjoy keeping them on. That’s why I support the PT Nails & Spa because it has excellent service.

I was a walk in while my husband got his haircut next door. I was actually skeptical and hatted the fact that I had to go somewhere other than my regular place but I was pleasantly surprised. When I walked in they were focused on others but after I was greeted and seated with a nice man at chair #4 (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name), he asked what I was getting done and proceeded to check with me asking if everything was okay or if I liked it. Through our conversation I learned that he values his job and tries to make sure he’s improving every day and that’s really important to me. I do think it would be nicer if there was more organization around as I did notice things pulled up on the wall but I was pleasantly impressed and next time my husband comes and get his hair done I’ll tag along too!

Be careful on the pricing! I have acrylic nails that I get filled every 2-2 1/2 weeks. The last time I was there for a fill they charged me extra to remove the gel and to fill the acrylic because I brought my own regular nail polish and didn’t get gel again! If I would’ve got gel they would’ve charged me an extra $10. Wait, what? You still have to remove the gel to get to the acrylic! Why did they charge me $35 if a fill is $25? I should’ve just got the gel! Same price as my own polish! Look at the pricing I’ve attached and tell me this makes sense? I can understand if I wasn’t getting any service done at all and have them take off the gel and acrylic. But really?!?! When I called the owner to ask “why”she was unsympathetic and laughed. I asked her what was funny she said “all prices are going up” and she hasn’t gotten the new sign yet. I told her it’s not nice to over charge without telling a customer in advance! It’s sad because I really like my nail lady, it just so happens she was on vacation that week and I got a different lady. I’m certainly not worried about $10, but it’s the principle. I dislike nothing more than getting ripped off. I’ll be looking for a new nail salon!Services: Acrylic nails

Customer service is abysmal. I went in for an eyebrow wax, she said “it’ll be $10 this time but $12 next time” because when she was done I looked in the mirror & asked her to take an additional 2 seconds to pluck one eyebrow hair that was going in a completely different direction. I watched a customer (who had an appointment) come in & not be greeted. When someone finally did greet her (after 15-20 minutes) she was understandably frustrated. They didn’t like that & continued to ignore her until she left. I also watched as another person was told that her “fingers were crooked” and that the design that she requested was ugly & to choose another design next time. These incidents were all on separate occasions. Every single customer was a black woman: they’re biggest clientele base & the reason shops like this are even in operation. They tend to forget that. Treat ALL customers with kindness & respect! Every. Single. Time. We don’t owe you our hard earned dollars & we’re not our grandparents, we will take our money elsewhere until you’re forced to go elsewhere. Do better. Be better.

Made an appointment and people walked in with no appointment and were helped while we waited. She clearly had no appointment as they told her she could get it done tomorrow, but she told them she'd get them done today. She walked herself to a pedicure chair and sat down. Guess that means you go first here even if someone has an appointment. Won't be back here again after going for about 7 years.Service: Pedicure

Very unprofessional, there’s no point in making an appointment even though they insist on making one. Waited 1.5 hours for my tech to show up, unacceptable! Have no respect for peoples time.Service: Gel manicures

I do my own nails however I enjoy a very good pedicure and my mother referred me to Tina here and she is awesome!! She takes her time and you can tell she is experienced with her craft. Not only does she do such a good job with cleaning up your nail beds and softening your feet but her massages will put you to sleep. She is the best!

HORRIBLE NASTY ATTITUDES I got a full set that cost me $75 only to have 4 nails on the same hand fall off by the following week and because I came back to them for them to correct their mistake I got huge attitude from the owner and her husband who by the way was the one that did my nails. Did I also tell you when I came in last week to get my nails done for my birthday I did pedicure and a full set. Got in the pedicure chair by 12 got seated at the mail table by 1 didn't get up from the chair until almost 4pm. This was due to the fact that the owners husband likes to do more then 1 person nails at the same time (bouncing between customers) I totally understand that mistakes happen in any business but don't give a paying customer attitude because you missed up their service. I would never spend money here again. They only got a star because I have to give one to leave this review.

I was going to this place for 2 years and never had a bad experience until today. I went to get my toes done and eyebrows waxed. When I tell you this woman made my toe nails bleed during my pedicure and then she didn't talk to me at all her customer service was horrible. Then I went to get my eyebrows waxed and when I tell you this woman waxed a spot off my eyebrow and left intense marks of where the paper was to pull off the wax. They were bleeding and swollen. This is the most ignorant place I have ever been. Then when I saw my eyebrows in the car mirror I started to cry they hurt so bad I called the owner and told her what had happened she acted like she didn't understand English...so I hung up at this point because I was so upset...they called my number back and continued to back the worker up and they were yelling at me over the phone...that I felt like they were herassing me...please ladies don't go hereService: Facial treatments
