My daughter attends Univ Delaware and we chose this facility for it's location, ease of access and of course cost as the locker was only going to be used over the summer. The team welcomed us like we were old friends, they took care of our move in and gave us no problems or extra charges when we moved out. Highly recommend this facility. The staff truly was a cut above anywhere else we considered. They answered every question, email response was super quick and friendly folks that seemed to actually enjoy working there.

Stephanie was very nice and accommodating but other than that stay away!! They are super expensive and have raised my rent 100% in 3 years! They only do it because they know it’s a hassle to move your stuff to another place. Also the late fees are outrageous and they will harass you if you’re even a day past due. The doors to the units are old and hard to get up and when I told the office they said they would look at it but it’s still the same almost 4 years later. If you’re in the market for a storage unit, spend a little more and go with a better company! 1 out of 10 do NOT recommend!!!

This public storage is the worst five of the customers was here since 9:30 in the morning and we've been sitting waiting for hours for someone to come into the office talk to someone yesterday and I told them that I was coming today because they cut my lock off of my storage cuz they thought that I wasn't going to pay my storage which I'm always late on my storage but they know I always pay then they called me yesterday and say oh come and get a new lock I said I'm not staying with y'all anymore and that I'm coming to get my stuff tomorrow they said okay I said will someone be into the office tomorrow so I can get my things they told me yes and now I didn't waste it called out from work running a U-Haul truck and no one was there all day That's unacceptable because now I'm have to buy another new hard talk and try another day but then it's the first of the month and they will be trying to charge me again for another month although I've been trying to get my stuff out of the storage I really do not do that many complaints I don't say anything where they call you five or six times to make sure hey you're going to pay your storage they can call you five or six times but now when you want to get your stuff no one's around no one's there no one's responding and as a disappointment

Rusany is the BEST! After exploring several storage companies I decided to go with Public Storage based on my customer service experience. Rusany answered all of of my questions and help put my concerns at ease. Plus the location is great and easy to access.

Great service! The first person I spoke with when wanting to get a unit at this site was a young lady named, Nevaeh. She was kind and patient enough to answers all my questions and concerns over the phone and was able to secure a unit the same day without having to had been to the site yet. The next day I went to move my belongings in, she happened to be there and her energy was the same in person as over the phone which was amazing and again, she was patient enough to, then, answer my questions about possibly moving to a bigger unit and didn't mind giving me all the information needed including suggesting that I should wait on the upgrade, and so I did. Time passed and I still wanted a bigger space so my next encounter was with another young lady there named, Ru. She was straightforward and funny as we both exchanged laughs while she too patiently assisted me with all transferring and payment processing while still answering all my other side questions, as I do like to ask a lot questions, she just kept assuring me that her answering them was no problem and I could definitely feel that was true. Genuine customer service is hard to come by these days so being blessed to have came across that twice and at same site was amazing!

Was looking for a unit to store my things while between school years at UD. Great customer service. Spoke to Rusany she answered any questions I had, she was patient and made the whole process super smooth. Definitely recommend using public storage, will be storing here in the future.

Avoid at all cost. They have the most shady business model of all time. Your storage unit will start at a low price and quickly shoot up to unbelievable amounts. They try to jack up the price nearly every month. They claim it’s because of market rates, which is false, you could go to the next closest facility and get a significantly lower rate. Lol they said I could move all of my stuff from my current unit to another identical unit at there facility and my price would start at the beginning rate. Like who’s going to do all that work… ridiculous.
