Worst customer service ever. And the room was so messy, bathroom tub had hair and stain from after shower, showing it wasn't even touched during clean. I was never ever come back here

Scary all the way around, our room smelt worse than the outside. It definitely wasnt clean. The beds felt broken....definitely dont recommend it at all. Very sketchy area. Didn't feel very safe for my car either.

Pubic hair throughout the tub; bathroom and main bedroom area floor filled with dirt; microwave 3 prong turner missing; coffee maker coffee holder did not fit coffee maker; and the toilet was clogged all night despite that I repeatedly plunged it (I was told no maintenance at night). The window sill was filthy, rusty, and filled with tiny dead flies. The manager called me because when Quality Inn reached out to me for a review I responded honestly. She advised me I didn't have to report my findings online. She then proceeded to lie about the microwave & coffee maker. When I pointed this out to her she told me to do what I am going to do and hung up. However, there was hot water in the bathroom and the tub stopper worked ( I cleaned the tub thoroughly before using, of course).

They’re lying and anybody giving this a five for saying this a good state probably works here or is getting paid or a discount to read a good review. Last night there was a mice in my room and it came out of the hole in the wall. Maybe I expect a nicer because I am from California but no one should ever pay for a room and expect mice to come out of the wall. Please take a look at the videos and pictures. I told the workers and everyone basically act like they couldn’t help me when it originally happened checking out. I was told that I was lying until I showed the videos.

This place blows, and the fact it has such a low review and the people who work there could care less about taking care of what little customers they have. Its garbage not to mention its so ratty. And what job do people just sleep in the back?!?!? Go fold a blanket clean the lobby at least its gross.
