The phlebotomist here is my favorite. I have a fear of needles and it has always been over quickly and with minimal discomfort. Whenever I need a blood test, I go out of my way for this location specifically.

I asked the nurse to use a butterfly needle and she refused. Said she would use one only if she had too. Now I have a large hematoma on my arm. I get bloodwork on a regular basis so I know my body. I won’t let them do that again.

I walked in and did check in. Had been waiting for about an hr. When asked the staff, I was advised to take appointment when available. We’re so lazy in attitude and did not care if I checked in either. Very unprofessional attitude

Very unpleasant staff!!! They all act as if they hate their job. The last thing a patient needs is to have to go into an establishment for tests regarding their health and be met with attitudes. The women who work are nasty individuals and I hope this location gets shut down for good!

The wait was a little longer than expected, but I have to say, I would wait longer if I had Regina (been in her job 31yrs) again! Very pleasant and personable. Best part was, I had no bruising! I have thin, hard to stick veins and a few weeks before, I had a large painful bruise from another quest location and will never go back there again.

Regina is great! I'm usually weary about getting blood taken because I've had people have trouble finding my veins in the past, but Regina found it quickly and painlessly.

I tried to reach the Glascow, DE location to see if they received a fax for a test request from my doctor today. I called the number for that location but could not be connected to that office. Instead, I was connected to a robot and could not talk to a human being. I went on the chat box for Quest and didn't get the information I needed either. This is unacceptable, and I am seriously considering switching my blood test provider!
