I had an excellent experience with purchasing a new mattress. Our sales associate was Lisa and she was excellent. Not pushy or overbearing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the mattress selection and was able to find the right one for us. I enjoyed working with her and her manager Sam. I did not feel pressured or hurried into making a decision and I feel like we got the best deal we could. I am very pleased with the whole experience

I went in just to look and your representative, Amanda Vitali, was so helpful that she took me right to the sofa that fit the bill. She also showed me how the sleeper portion would work and provided details about the manufacturer and quality that sold me. Bought it right then! Some problems with your website program kept both of us waiting to finish the transaction, but she apologized and we kept trying to complete the purchase and it worked out in the end. She also arranged the delivery. Great experience!
