My husband and I stopped here yesterday on a whim to explore couch options for our new place. We were immediately greeted by Jamie, who was such a great help through the whole process! She worked with us on what we wanted (building our own sectional) and helped us stay within our budget. She was knowledgeable, personable, and a total professional. Thank you, Jamie, for a great experience. We are excited for our delivery next week!

This was the first time I’ve bought furniture from Raymour Flanigan and it will definitely be the LAST time. I ordered a dining room set at one of the stores beginning of September and ended up canceling the order a day or two later as it wasn’t going to look right with my other furniture, so the set was never delivered. The charge was still on my credit card and was told it was going to be refunded in the next few days. Two weeks went by and still no refund. I have spent HOURS on the phone with the store I bought the set from, then transferred to their main customer service line, then transferred to another store in New York and have been told multiple times but multiple people that the money would be credited back to my account in 5-10 business days. It is now November 2nd and still no refund and no one wants to answer my calls or emails. Save your self the trouble and don’t buy furniture from this store. You are better off sticking with Bernie and Phyls, Ashley’s or Jordan’s furniture. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

Chris Wheeler was our salesperson and he did a great job helping us pick out our furniture. He helped with arrangement selection and walked us through the process so it was simple and easy!
The delivery process was also amazing! The links were sent via email and text for day and time. That happened 3 days after we bought , which we loved. The delivery arrived within the timeline, I got a phone call when the team was close. They brought in all the furniture quickly and set up was unbelievably quick! Very professional. The team lead was Pedro. Unfortunately I forget his team member but the duo was amazing to work with - would highly recommend them to other customers.

Mr. Denzel assisted me in choosing the right mattress for my adjustable base and degenerative back condition. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Over the past year, I have purchased furniture and a mattress from Raymour & Flanigan main store plus the Outlet. I would recommend Mr. Denzel along with Raymour & Flanigan to family and friends.

I spent over $5K at Raymour & Flanigan on a living room set and dining set just 3 years ago, and the quality is beyond terrible. The couch sank so badly it had to be replaced already. I tried to use the “platinum protection plan” and all they did was stuff some foam under the cushions and call it fixed. Platinum? More like tin foil.
The dining chairs weren’t any better — they creaked nonstop until one finally snapped while someone was sitting on it. Only 3 years in and furniture this expensive is literally falling apart. That’s insane.
Do yourself a favor: spend your money anywhere else. This place is a complete waste — avoid it at all costs.
