I built many websites before I found Realtina. I was all into Realtina, and very excited to get going with them. AFTER 2 LONG EXCRUCIATING YEARS, OUR WEBSITE WAS DECENT, BUT NOT NEAR WHAT MY CLIENT WANTED! They were 2 long excruciating years because I was emailing them at least 3 times a week for 2 years to get the website up just to look decent. Customer service is PATHETIC! You can't call them, but only through email. You get 1 complimentary call to get the website up and running.

Our site has required a very complex series of customizations, both from the design and functionality sides. The RealtyNA support team, specifically Adrien P, has always listened to our requests, addressed those items that he could manage and brought in members from the frontend, development and server admin sides to help when things were outside of his expertise. I've been particularly impressed with Adrien's fluency with the API processes, the database structure, and all the tricks he has showed us within the WPL plugin. What a great resource! I would also call out Leo who has been a backend wizard, helping us tune our server set up. Very much appreciate the responsiveness from the team.

Purchased WPL Pro plugin for our new wordpress website application to list real estate properties. All functionality working spot on. There are all features we need for our real estate website. Had to contact support team to get help with setting up plugin. Support team responded quickly and helped to setup as we inquired. Overall very happy with this plugin for a surprisingly low cost.
