Excellent customer service. Very accommodating. I’ve been wearing red wings for over 10 years and never once had an issue with quality until my last pair. I had them for two months. I went in to see what they could do, and they went above expectations and were very friendly.

Spent some time at the store today to purchase a pair of boots. Dave helped me pick the best size and I was very happy with him. He's a good guy and we will be back next week to make additional purchases.
