10's across the board!! Giving the entire Rio Jewel Spa team their flowers right now :). Just left after my first and definitely not the last visit for the Sauna experience. Please do your mind, body, and soul the best gift you can give through self care art Rio Jewel Spa. Private rooms including a shower as well. Went in one way came out rejuvenated and could barely form sentences lol. Atmosphere, vibes, positive attitudes, and exceptional level of customer service will make your experience first rate. Already looking forward to the next visit while I melt into a wonderful day!

If you’re in need of a wax or a massage look no further than Rio Jewel Spa. I can’t say enough nice things about this establishment. From the warm welcome, professional staff, and top notch service I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have been following them from location to location and will continue to do so because they are just that great. Keep up the amazing work.

Wonderful day spa! Beautiful decor and ambiance. Had a fantastic massage by Lynette - pressure was perfect and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. If questioning whether to add the scalp massage, the answer is yes!

This place is a must-visit! Run as fast as you can towards it. The staff is friendly and comfortable, and they know what they’re doing. I had a lovely massage and a sauna. The experience was fantastic, and the price and service were great. I hope to go back as often as possible! Thank you!

Went there today and I must say as soon as I walk through the door the atmosphere put me at ease the lady at the desk (Gwen) was very friendly and professional… so i got the massage service and the masseuse Lynette was awesome she made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I have to tell you when she was finished I felt like a new man this woman has magic in her fingers.. I definitely will book again

Visited Rio Jewel Spa today for a surprise couples massage for my husband. All I can say is wow! This place is a hidden gem. When you walk in, you are greeted by beautiful modern decor, great ambiance and given a warm welcome by the staff. Gwen, Spa Manager was so welcoming when we arrived. I enjoyed a mimosa while completing our paperwork. Lynette and Shaniece were our masseuses and we enjoyed every minute of the experience. I am already planning a spa day with my girls…. We will definitely return in the near future. Thanks you Rio Jewel for a wonderful first time experience!

I am a huge fan of infrared saunas, and I absolutely love the sauna experience at Rio Jewel Spa! The sauna itself is very nice, the ambience of the room is great, and there’s a shower to rinse after. It is so clean and beautiful. 10/10!

I recently got a massage at Rio Jewel Spa and I will be coming back very soon! I was having a hard day and super anxious when I came in but I’m so thankful I got the massage that day because I needed it lol from the time I walked in to when I left it was such a pleasant experience. Thank you to Tiffany who did such a great job with my tense body!
