Never going back to this place!
The pharmacy couldn't fill my prescriptions for over 2 months!
Very inconvenient that the pharmacy is closed for lunch ....at least a technician should be there, to take prescriptions in or hand them out!!
The whole store looks like they will close for ever soon

The store needs to be renovated. It's stuck in the 80s with terrible lighting, dingy floors and shelves and the pharmacists are cramped in an area smaller than my walk-in closet. Bring more natural light to the store so it doesn't feel so dungeon-y. This will help with keeping customers.

40 mins in the line at the pharmacy, to be told meds were not ready and to wait another 20-40, when clearly it’s been filled on Caremark. Pharmacy staff took a break in the middle of a ten plus person line. The list goes on and on. Glasgow has now become as bad as Middletown. Does Rite aid have managers and where are they? Rashka is the only glue there, when she is not there no one cares.

If I was writing this review on the pharmacist Rashka alone, it would be TEN STARS!! She is PHENOMENAL and deserves an award SERIOUSLY! Outside of her, this place is poor. NOBODY answers the phone. Getting prescription issues resolved requires in person EVERY TIME, and then you’ll be in a line down the isle for a very long time. They seriously need to do better here. It’s like only one person knows what they’re are doing. When Rashka isn’t there this place goes straight to the gutter. It shouldn’t be this way. Hire more people or hire better people. I work in healthcare so I understand the short staffing, but the fact NOBODY ANSWERS the phone in the entire store for over 2 hours is unacceptable.

The associates have been very customer friendly and the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful!

Stopped to pick up 3 prescriptions for my wife. That were called in at 11am today.I was informed the pharmacy was closed for "lunch" from 1:30 to 2pm. (Never heard about this, never experienced this in my 56 years on the planet) dropped off my wife who just had surgery and returned to this establishment at 2:21. I was told to come back later the prescriptions were not ready. This is not a compounding pharmacy so all they do is locate the medication and count out the amount of pills perscribed affix a label, place the prescriptions in a bag and collect the money. Not sure why this store has such horrific service however I will never return. I suggest you don't either.

Pharmacy associates and pharmacist are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I have never had a issue with them.

OMG this place is going DOWNHILL QUICKLY! The pharmacists are overwhelmed! Scripts are not being filled in a timely manner. Management in the store SUCKS! NO ONE SMILES! The lines to wait for a script or a shot is always long. The Pharmacy Techs are helpful but super overwhelmed! On a typical day there are only 2 people in the Pharmacy. What happened to the cashiers? Again, it comes down to the Management! I think Riteaid Corporate should rehire new Managers at this particular store! I'm surprised your doors are even open at this point. We are definitely looking for another Pharmacy! No one should have 2 wait 2 weeks for an antibiotic to be filled because you are "too busy" Walked in Sunday November 6th to pick up meds and to speak to the pharmacist, the "drop off window " was CLOSED at 11:45 in the morning! The kid at the register was chewing gum ? and was quite rude to customers!!!!!!!
