I am a Client, and I recently been told by an employee that, it is Good place to work and good people.. My experience, with The New Castle site, has been great with the CSR I worked with, and always enjoy working with, but unfortunately she is no longer there.. 1 other experience I have to say, is how horrible the management is in the CSR office, and very unprofessional. Other than that, the 4 CSR's are great, the distribution of my product by warehousing is great, and the company itself is great.
