It was kind of busy on a Saturday afternoon. Many reps walked passed me without any assistance but Lynette saw me in need if help and stopped and helped me after I attempted to look by myself for 10 minutes. The color she matched me with was perfect and was not any of the colors I had picked out myself. Moral of the story Lynette deserves a raise!

I arrived on May 31st 2024 roughly around 5:50pm. The lady who assisted me with my pick up was VERY rude. Unfortunately I did not catch her name. She was short with dark hair (possibly Indian). I was not greeted and she was extremly sarcastic and rude while helping me with my pick up.
I will never return to this location.

The staff needs to be trained on not being bias to people of color. Treatment that I just received was embarrassing came in with family from out of town and was treated as if I was going to steal couldn’t even look around was greeted so many times, but not helped. Hope they can treat everyone fairly in the future I wont be back

Staff not professional and rude. I was in the middle of getting help from an associate and the manager forced her to stop working with me for her to go on her break. Very inappropriate.

Will not return to this location again. Staff are not friendly, and are not willing to help. This one lady I asked for help with something acted like she didn't want to. Rude and dismissive.

Sephora changed policies and though I was a bin rouge from the first year we now pay for services. They said rouge preferred this however huh what rouge would rather pay for a service than buy product? The real reason is bad people would then return the product so they discontinued this offer. Sad since I never did that however I paid the price as did many rouge! Delaware has no la mer because quote it wouldn’t sell here yet the Nordstrom right down the way sells a lot of it! Again dumb down the Delaware only store. What a pity! Sephora just isn’t what it used to beLove the choices even though Delaware gets less brands than other major cities you can have a perk facial here with a $75 purchase that is worth every dime.you are also allowed to ask for free samples and collect points for rewards and turn them into gifts. Love Sephora

Star the manager was very rude mason who rang me up with her did not explain the policy of returns of piercings I came back from shortly purchasing my body piercing because I found cheaper somewhere else as was denied a refund even though I was not explained nor was there a sign I will NEVER come back. I was really polite and understanding they have a policy to follow but they did not consider the fact that I just purchased with me. It’s my birthday day and it made me sad how I was treated

The staff was very rude. Talking about customers behind their back. The thick mixed women that works there followed me like I was stealing, even went as far as having security come in. I spent over a 180. there I don't need to steal. That was my first & last time at that store thanks to the staff.

They were really cool, and despite the closing time when we walked in, they still let us shop and even offered suggestions. Really nice.
