This was maybe one of the worst experiences at a hotel I’ve had. We were grateful we were put in a ground floor suite since the elevator has apparently been out of commission for weeks. But our room was awful. We walked into an awful smell (smoke and weed poorly covered up by deodorizer). It was awful. Since we were on the first floor the windows were locked in the bedroom for our kids and we couldn’t even air it out. The doors bolt was missing. Most of the doors in the suite did not close including the bathroom doors. Our son stepped on a nail that stood straight out of the floor where a patch of carpet was missing. When we asked for a hammer to mail it down they gave it to us but never offered to come fix the situation or move us to a safer room. Half the lamps in the room had no lightbulbs in them or they weren’t working. I can’t believe I paid money to stay in a place like this. The breakfast was the only positive. Do not stay here. Find yourself a better place.Safety: We did not feel particularly safe. Doors get locked for safety. Questionable guys were hanging out at the hotel next door which shares the courtyard and pool. Our room was missing its bolt.

The rooms here are the size of small and large apartments. The people working here are Great. Quick with any concern I have with anything. A+++

Service was good. Everyone was very friendly. The room was a little dated but worked for what we needed and clean. The elevator was out, and they said they didn't have an estimated time. We were placed on the 4th floor, but luckily, we were able to switch to the first floor the next day. Rooms aren't very soundproof. Breakfast had a good variety. We would stay here again for the price and service.Nearby activities: A lot of near by shopping and restaurants. You have to drive about 5 minutes but there are a couple stores within walking distance.

This place is a dump. Elevator has been broken for a month. Garbage all over the parking lot. They allow parties to go on all night and do nothing to stop them. The staff quiet and no one served breakfast this weekend. The woman at the front desk is nasty when you try and make a complaint.

I stayed here last week with a good friend of mine. A few issues arose with our stay. One of the few issues albeit the most minor, during the afternoon the coffee in the lobby was ice cold. I thought this may have been a fluke, so I gave it another go a few hours later. I come back, same thing and it tastes stale, and tasted like I was drinking from the same batch I drank from previously in the day. I tried to report this to the manager on duty on my first attempt, however I was told he wouldn’t be in until after 3pm. This very same thing happened multiple days in a row. I was never able to bring my issues to the manager. I’ve been a IHG Rewards member for the past 5 years, and currently sit at Platinum status. Of all the IHG hotels I’ve stayed thus far, I’ve never seen a more poorly managed location such as this. I will not be returning, and will be contacting IHG corporate.

I asked for early check-in 1p or 2p instead of normal check-in at 3p. We get there later after all 3:15p, the front desk gives us a key and the room hadn’t been touched by housekeeping. Now in the lobby late to an event with no room.

I can't give an honest rating on the hotel itself but I can on the front staff. I booked one night at this hotel, and traveled 2+ hours to get there only to be called 1 hour before check-in time and told my reservation was canceled due to hospitality issues. I spoke with Richard and he was rude and aggressive. When I told him this was unacceptable and that we needed to figure something out. He asked me what I wanted him to do and hung up the phone. Rule# 1 in hospitality is if you cannot service a reservation, you try to find other accommodations...which he refused to do. Once I got to the hotel, he proceeded to scream at me and my family even using obscene language. I walked out of the establishment only for him to follow us out the door in an aggressive manner. Ultimately I ended up staying at a Marriot with excellent customer service. But Richard was a horrible person and should not be working in the hospitality field.

Loved this hotel! Very comfortable and welcoming lobby and eating area with a massive fireplace. Efforts to create a homey feel including the rooms to the doors did not go unnoticed. The suites were fully stocked with the basics. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nothing pretentious that would put the brand into another price tier and I certainly don’t need that. The property reflected good care and maintenance and we had everything we needed for living and using wifi for work purposes for 3 days.

Poor hotel service. The room had many problems when I walked in and when I had to call the front desk from my cell phone because the phones in the room weren't working; instead of actually helping the issue I was asked how long my stay was and was told \"they have time to fix it then\". 7 days later my phones aren't working, light bulb in the bedroom was out and when I asked again I was told \"We don't know where they are\", ice making machine in the freezer doesn't work, some wall outlets weren't working properly, dishes were dirty and had to be cleaned by me. I will say, the breakfast staff was very helpful, kind, and did a great job every morning I came downstairs unlike all the gentlemen I spoke to behind the front desk.
