Store manager Kyrsten made the entire process super easy and smooth. She was extremely polite and respectful. Excellent experience. The location is clean and temperature controlled. Highly recommended of you are looking for a storage near the university of Delaware

Property Manager is phenomenal! She made the stress of moving easy and gave me a peace of mind.
She went above and beyond to assist me. Not only was she courteous but very professional. I had my furniture in storage for 6 years from a divorce. I came to vacate the storage and realized my furniture and items were in the same exact place as I left.
Unfortunately, I had lost my key. She walked me through of what I needed to do by renting a angle grinder. She could not promise me that one of her locksmith would be available since it was the weekend and the 1st of the month. Nevertheless, she reach out to one of the nearby stores and thankfully, someone was available to assist. For that I am grateful for that person and the property Manager at the Stafford Road address in Newark Delaware.
Ms. Marcy, I believe that is your name. Please forgive me if I am mistaken. I want to thank you again for your empathy and professionalism. You are a true gem! Storage of America has a great person representing their business. Hopefully one day you will be promoted to VP or higher 😊
