I am not trying to be rude or anything, but I was not happy. I took off my gel nails At this location And I only had four acrylics two on my left hand three on my right hand since they broke, but I had natural long nails so It was a old guy and he started doing my nails. He drilled it to the bone. My nails were so thin like paper and they use the Excuse that it was because when you take off acrylic, it becomes thin, but I didn’t have acrylic on all my fingers, but there were ruined he Drilled it until it was broken I really didn’t want to pay, but I’m not that type of person to be a Karen, but that was the worst experience ruined my nails And used a lame excuse, and I did not feel comfortable with the way they kept talking in their language like they were talking bad about Even if you’re not, it’s common sense and respectful not to for the customer supposed to have small talk, I hated my experience.( it’s not letting me respond to the owner, it’s clear that it doesn’t even Care because she copies the same response to every bad review, She doesn’t take her time and try to fix these mistakes, I literally recommend any other salon that’s near you)

I've recently moved close to the area from VA and decided to give this salon a try. My first and last time coming. The standards for cleanliness is about a 4 out of 10. The bowls for pedicures were not sanitized at all. They literally only change the lining. I understand that women love to come in and get pampered as they should, however my experience today was not good. There was another women getting her pedicure next to me with EXTREMELY poor foot hygiene. It would have given some relief if the tools used on her were discarded afterwards but the other nail tech just placed them back in the drawer.(Which will be used on the next person who sits in her chair) I also requested a manicure (dip with extension) and asked for short square with round edges. My nail tech did square and proceeded to the dip powdered. I asked her to please round the edges. Nearing the end while buffing, there was black residue on my nail. I asked if she could remove it. She said okay. She proceeded to place the top coat on. I asked her again, if she could see the residue and if she could remove it. She said, she'll put a top coat of the color I had. Upon doing so, it was one coat which was uneven. She then proceeded with the top coat again. I had to ask her if she could put a second coat of the color gel polish to even it out. The nail technician did NOT do a proper clean up afterwards. Didn't go over the nails with alcohol or even clean up any residue from the dip powder. This is just my que to just do my own nails at home (which I'm going to go home to fix up after getting them done **professionally ** it defeats the whole purpose of going to a nail salon. I do not recommend Sunlight Salon Nails.

I received a gel pedicure which was great. The customer service was polite. My only problem is after my pedicure, they didn't clean the bowl, just put a blue bag inside and put another client there. They didn't clean the instruments either.

GOT RIPPED OFF!!!! This place is terrible and charged my card way more than they told me. Do not go to this place unless you want your money stolen from you. The lady messed up on my nails too. The prices were very wishy washy. When I called to get a refund on the price I was quoted, they refused to hear me and were not helpful at all. It was my first time there, and I told them I will NEVER be coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called for a pedicure. Took my name and number and then when I got there for my appointment they said they were closed for the night and turned me away! Double checked my recent calls and made sure I was at the same place.. I was.. horrible customer service! .
