I bought my first necklace from here and it felt so welcoming. The customer service was AMAZING it’s the First time I’ve ever walked in somewhere and felt genuinely taken care of!! Josh at the Christiana Delaware location is phenomenal. He is the most genuine and caring person in sales I’ve ever met. He dedicates his time to make sure you love every piece that you purchase and just makes you feel so glamorous. Recommend 1000x over. You will feel like a queen!

I purchased two diamond necklaces and they were stunning!!!! The associates Anne and Janet were the best thing walking. They stayed with me and allowed me to try on what I needed to try on, suggested complimentary pieces and were patient with me until I made a decision. Needless to say, I was stunning the night that I wore my jewel. So much so that I had to go back to the same store and show Anne and Janet how gorgeous they made me. They are the best duo and Swarovski is undefeated KING OF CRYSTALS.

EXCEPTIONAL Customer experience with Janet, store manager, and her teammate Ann. Their customer service is second to none. On each visit I was so impressed with the hands on service, and that Janet and Ann went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect items that I was looking for. Janet and Ann are as phenomenal as the Swarovski product line.

We bought a bracelet and the quality was amazing. The place was well organized and clean. The staff were friendly and well trained. The prices of their products are reasonable and affordable. We were very pleased with our product. We are going to be back in the future. I strongly recommend.

Absolutely horrible store and staff. Don't trust the guy with the blue lens. Sold a ring with claiming it's white gold but it was just Stirling Silver. Never buying anything from Swarovski again.

Worst branch ever! I got today a bracelet for my friend’s birthday and I told the staff to wrap it as a gift. So, she gave me a small bag for a tall bracelet box and that’s it. She didn’t wrap it as Swarovski employees usually do!

Been a customer for years with Swarovski. Christiana Swarovski Store is the best store to go too. Staff is friendly and helpful and they have been able to capture many perfect moments in my life with fun and initiative ideas. The remodel is beautiful and has to be seen. The new Diamond Collection will take your breath away.
