Horrible 5min experience they can’t even handle natural nails. Using a hand drill on natural nail just to rush the process . And still try to charge me . I recommend not to go , I just moved here and big mistake .

Can't say enough good things about Krystal, she is fantastic! I drive 45 min to Zen from home and sometimes from my job in Baltimore which is an hour and 45 minutes. So worth it, clean, good prices.

I went in as a walk-in, trying this place for the first time since it’s close to home. Granted the girl at the front desk did not greet me and stood there for a few minutes before inquiring about a service. I was set down rather quickly when it came to my nails, the services were not clear. I initially wanted dip powder, but once the color did not set correctly. We switched to gel. I asked the tech would that change anything she said no. Once I got to check out and was told my total I inquired about why the rate changed when I switched to gel apparently whatever the base is is what they charge you for that needs to be clearly stated. My nails look fat and wide.
