I’ve been a customer since 2004 and am always well pleased with how my clothes are cleaned, pressed, and returned to me on time and at what I feel is reasonable cost. I’ve also had alterations done many times and have never been displeased. They are always busy and I take this as an indication that they’re serving their customers well.

I’ve been a long time CUSTOMER of Thompson II Cleaners for the past decade (at least) and I value their business and service. Both owners are so kind and professional even when there is a rude customer in front of them.
From my weekly dry cleaning, handling of delicate items and special requests like altering shirts, table runners, etc., the finished product is always high quality.
I am THANKFUL for their business and kindness and will continue to support them for many years.

Best cleaners ! I have came in to get a few things tailored and they have done an amazing job every time, with of course very affordable prices. They also have amazing costumer service, would highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’d give zero stars if possible. Overcharged quoted price when clothes dropped off. Even receipt showed he was overcharging, his response “I don’t care”. Informed he’d be losing a customer & again replied, “I don’t care”. As to not prolong my time, I paid, took my clothing & left, never to return. Unbelievable that a small businessman would be so arrogant over literally a few dollars in this economy. You’ve been warned!

I have been using Thompson II Cleaners, for 15 years now. Very good service. Once a year or so they make a small boo boo, and they are eager to take the item back and fix the problem. Would strongly recommend Thompson to anyone in the area. Always get my money's worth.

My husband and I have been using Thompson II Cleaners for several years.We bring a huge amount of clothing to be cleaned and intermittently have alterations done. Additionally, have brought hand hooked kitchen rugs.They do a fantastic job, provide terrific service and offer an incredibly fair rate.Service: Alterations

Excellent service and friendly. Clothes have always been ready on time, and they even fixed some for me in an emergency with short notice. I've gone here for years and will continue to do so. Not sure what the poor reviews are about... maybe just people being impatient or unreasonable.

Rude I went in this morning with a leather coat that needed fixing and asked for a price. The man said I don't know lot's. When I asked for a ball park price he got a little angry and said come back at 10am. So I asked how much to just clean it. He said lots very expensive would not give me a price said it is a expensive.

I had been bringing shirts, pants, jackets, leather, and suits for dry cleaning and repairs. I brought 12 shirts in for dry cleaning. I picked them up and paid. Two shirts were not clean. One had sweat stains another had a dirty cuff. When I brought them back in poor English she basically told me, "Too bad, sucks to be you." I put the shirts from London tailor in my washing machine and they came out clean. I will never go back because they don't know how to clean. I have had other dry cleaners explain they have to go to extra lengths to clean and I will pay more to have it done. But she charges me and arrogantly returns a dirty shirt. Louviers Shoppes has a dry cleaner.
