Stellar experience here on Sunday. The manager Ashley is amazing- so friendly, helpful, customer service oriented.
Really really appreciated the whole experience and she for sure deserves any sort of raise, promotion, etc.
She runs that store very well!!!

I had the best experience today at Tilly’s. It was my first time there and I have spent the past two weeks attempting to shop for jeans at numerous places with no success or help from any of the employees but at Tilly’s, this employee Ashley went above and beyond to help me ! She was adamant about helping me find a pair of jeans that not only fit but made me feel good in! She continuously helped me and brought me numerous pairs of different styles and sizes to help me! I walked out with 2 pairs of nice jeans

The staff there are very friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxed and chill, and there's great clothes! They have men's and women's, and they have a bunch of different styles! Perfect for basically everyone!

Everyone at Tilly’s was amazing !! The two that stood out the most to me were Carrie and Saria! They made me and my friend feel so welcomed and you don’t find that often ! Super great customer service and they made my night! They deserve a raise asap!!!

I had an excellent experience at this store. I came in and I was not looking for anything in particular and I was approached by a young lady by the name Alex I believe. She was very friendly and personable. I took a walk around the store and she helped me find a few items and then she set up a fitting room for me so I would have my hands free in case there was anything else. Long story short I will definitely be returning to this store!

The quality is very poor, it's rubbish! It made me very angry. The dress I bought from them became threadless and could not be worn again after washing it once. I asked them to change it and they even said it was because of me. Please note that I have never returned or changed goods anywhere, even in the wrong size, and this was the only time I ended up leaving the dress in their store. Very irritating!

I've been to the store many times and have met wonderful people in this here. I am not from the area and I go out of my way to visit this store to shop for my sons. When I go, I do spend a larger amount of money due to the fact that it is a drive. I was appalled with my recent experience last week. I was "helped," by a young lady that goes by "Noah". Seemed annoyed when I asked for help and gave me an attitude when asking her to help look for a specific size and other simple questions such as the fit. She told me she was going to pass me off to a coworker. I felt like the questions I was asking weren't complex and she just didn't want to be bothered to help me. To top if off, she stopped me mid sentence to answer her phone. She walked away and continued her phone call. A young gentleman came up to me and asked if there was anything he could do for me. He helped me find exactly what I needed and more. I wish I could remember his name because his customer service skills were phenomenal. This woman came back to finish "helping," me and was offended that I did not wait for her to finish her phone call to help me (she was texting in the process of basically telling me I should've waited for her). I have never come across someone so smug in retail, at any store. I hope she is not a manager, I would hate to work under her. I do not think I will be returning to this store again, unfortunately.

I bought a shirt last week and paid cash. It didn't fit so when I went to return it today, both of the sales clerks were rude and tried to tell me I could only get a store credit. Definitely need to train your employees better.
