Roaches inside. No equipments provided e.g dolly even though was charged for it upfront. Poor knowledge at customer care - Had no option for mobile pickup on web browser.

I was rerouted to this location which is 22 miles from my original location, this increased my per mile rate and equated to three times more than I would have accumulated in mileage. I would have paid much less at my original location of preference. At the end, I paid twice much for this rental ($78 vs $35) than I would have. This is was an unsatisfactory experience. Very misleading.

There was no gas cap on the gas tank and I was told to use the half cut off plastic water bottle. Plus both the cab and storage cab leaked major water.

The owner was helpful and he not only recommended the right equipment but also helped me to use the tow dolly. He made the process quick and easy. Extremely kind so grateful to come across this place.
