Go to a different one, this is poorly run. The Uhaul they assigned me online was not available because there was no truck that matched that license plate. I canceled it and went to another one and for the last week they have listened me as having the Uhaul and have continued to charge my card. This is my second time asking for a refund.

UhaulAnother great experience with uhaul rental. This time was at the location on 201 Ruth drive in Newark DE. After looking for a trailer and was not able to get any. Only this location was able to have one. Greg the owner/ manager was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the services and safety inspection of my hitch. In addition of providing uhaul service they do tent and party rental as well.please be sure to check them out and support their business.

We were told over the phone that they would be open until 3pm. So we told the lady on the phone that we would be there sometime between 2 and 3. Once we arrived, they were already closed. Apparently, they close by 2pm. This misinformation has wasted our entire afternoon and is extremely unprofessional on their end.

They forgot my dolly and furniture pads. I really needed those, guess I gotta go to Home Depot and buy some. Getting the truck was easy.

Rented a trailer from them (Action Special Event Productions & Rentals Inc), easy to find, friendly staff, easy in and out. Will rent from them again, when needed!
