I love an Ulta but they need to update their hours! It says they close at 7 on google but we rolled up and they were already closed at 6:45 with a sign that says closed at 6. Timed my whole trip to be sure I was there in time only to be disappointed hours online were incorrect and not updated to reflect actual operation hours

The place was clean and it wasn’t very busy. I don’t want to paint a really negative review because I was only here once, but I really was trying to ask questions of one of the staff members it just just seemed like they were not interested/didn’t want to engage with me, it honestly felt like she was annoyed that I was asking them questions. I wouldn’t write off the whole store, I think I just caught someone on an off day.

Ivan (the general manager) was generally rude & unhelpful. I came in to make a happy return as they are listed as a location that accepts those. He barely spoke to me & then told me he couldn’t make the return as they were out of bags. Didn’t apologize either.

Went to do my brows just 10 minutes ago and very baaaaad job! They are not defined at all, the color is not even and did not do a good job cleaning them out. Total desaster. Throw mi money away.

Money well spent. It is expensive, but in a world with many sellers pushing fake products as real. A company like ulta is a guarantee.

I've only been here once. All I wanted was a sunscreen that works. I was recommended one that made me burn every single day, no matter the amount I put on.
I went online, and when I googled, there were so many reviews saying that the sunscreen sometimes doesn't work due to formulation.
The girl at the ultra made it seem as if it was the best sunscreen they had.
When I went back today to let them know they sold me a largely faulty product, she asked me if I wasn't looking to tan. Who buys spf 50 looking to tan? Or even sunscreen for that matter?
These aren't aestheticians, and as a skincare professional myself, I should have known better than to listen to anyone that works there. Never again.
Don't put too much faith into what anyone in this ultra says, google will give you better product recommendations. They will ruin the skin you spent so much money to fix then smile in your face.
The worst part is, they are obviously in the wrong line of work. They can follow you around the store, even the biggest one can mobilize and they think they dont look obvious. But they know nothing about the products they are selling. They should look into being security guards instead.

I absolutely love this store. Their customer service is amazing and even if their super busy they always are there to help! Their store is so easily manageable to find what you need . I did have to return the nail drill I bought almost a month ago because it didn't work, but the return process went smooth. And picked up 3 great items in replace. Love love love iulta beauty 😍💯
